Adequate hotel. A little dated and could use a refresh compared to other Marriotts. The TVs aren’t smart TVs, so you can’t watch Netflix or YouTube. There is no where to walk to nearby because the hotel is in the middle of an industrial park. No free coffee.

Literally a step back in time, but not in a charming way. Their “systems” were down, so I needed to fill out a lengthy form that basically repeated information 3x. The guy that checked me in kept calling me “boss,” lime we were south of the mason Dixon line and he just came from the cotton fields. They clearly advertise rooms with lounge access, even though it is not open on the weekends. I didn’t get the confirmed “upgrade” that my app said I did. And my room had a smell. Normally I’d have just walked away but an event close by kept me here. But this earned (many years over) Titanium member will never be back here!

Great stay, would definitely stay again.
Check in was great, the desk guy was really great! Clean nice looking hotel. Double beds are horrid but that’s the room I paid for so my own fault for not reading. Noise wasn’t an issue even with lots of sports teams staying there.

General manager, Blake is a World Class hotelier. I travel 25+ weeks a year and I can honestly say I look FORWARD to coming to Minneapolis/St Paul and staying with friends (we have become friends/family) over the years. The Marriott takes care of EVERY need our family put forth and could not recommend this hotel more. It simply is the BEST! If you are going to be in the area, and need a place to stay and feel truly welcome, the Marriott Northwest is the go to/must stay place. Enjoy!!!

Five Star Hotel!
I had meetings in Maple Grove, MN. This hotel was fantastic! Service was great, restaurant was great, rooms were clean and comfortable and close to where our business was.
