Fairfield Inn & Suites Cleveland Tiedeman Road

I booked this hotel for business not being familiar with Ohio, and I will definitely add this to my list of select hotels. First, the price was reasonable, and the ride from the airport was only 10 minutes away. The check-in was easy. Ms. Cheryl and her colleague were so pleasant. They made me feel like I was at home. The property is well kept and my room was very clean. Although there is a train nearby that I could hear and see, the noise was not bothersome to me. However, they offer earplugs at the front desk for those who may be light sleepers. They were also courteous enough to have a sign informing guests of the power window washing was going to occur during our stay with a cute reminder to shut curtains to preserve our privacy. I was able to squeeze in a 30-minute brisk walk on the treadmill. The fitness room was clean and low traffic (at least during my stay). The area feels safe, so I was also able to walk some outdoors. I highly recommend this hotel. As far as food, this location is perfect having multiple restaurants of different types of foods (e.g., Panera Bread, Carrabba's, Starbuck's, Raising Cane's, Tokyo Restaurant, Hooley's Pub), Walmart, Sam's Club, and a gas station literally within walking distance (1 min - 9 minutes). It’s everything you want in this kind of hotel- sparkling clean and new and very convenient. Very reasonable for cost. I think this is my first time in a Fairfield and it seems like their theme is simplicity or something and it seems spot on. Breakfast was pretty good. The pool was ok but caveat emptor that it is tiny- literally the max from the fire marshal in the pool says “5”- so if you’re a big family you would top it out yourself. Panera is in the parking lot, Sheetz across the way and Starbucks like a stones throw- so all the travel essentials. Both the women who checked us in and out were super friendly. I kinda liked the train noises but there are definitely train noises at night if you’re not a fan of those

Very nice clean, professional people

Great stay for the weekend while in the area. Plenty of parking and several restaurants near the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly. The loony and room spaces were very clean. Breakfast was the typical buffet style breakfast. Fitness area looked nice.
