Extended Stay America Suites - Cleveland - Brooklyn

I had a reservation at this hotel on July 19th, I went to check in and there was a family in front of me. I noticed that The young lady at the front desk. Was very cold and rude to this family. Then when I came up to the counter and gave her my information, she looked at me and said there may not be a room for you and I said well I booked this a month ago, so there should be a room for me After she did some searching she found my confirmation, my problem with her is doesn’she realize that she is working with the public and WE the people are the ones paying her salary???? I feel if you have to come to work with an attitude like that stay home or don’t look for a job, especially when it comes to working with the public because all you’re doing is giving this company a bad name, Then in the morning before 11 o’clock at check out on July 20th, there was another young lady there with an attitude as well. I will never stay at this hotel again, they lost my business as well as 9 other members in my family!!! I hope this company tries to train their employees how to talk to people and not down to people!!!!

Not Cool! We were at a museum in downtown Cleveland when the hotel called us to tell us their hotel was full even though I prepaid for a room that evening! They offered no assistance in finding me other accommodations.

Great stay! Also lots of close by options for food, coffee, shopping, etc.
