2-Star Hotels in Brooklyn Center

Original room they gave us hadn't even been cleaned yet and it was completely trashed when we opened the door into the room. We told the front desk, they came to look at it and was confused. They put us in another room but it smelled heavily of cigarettes, eventhough it was a no smoking room. They put us in a different room and we later in the night learned the air conditioner barely blew cold air, so it was quite a humid night in that room. Sinks had huge cracks in them, toilet rocked, brown stains on bathtub, sticky carpet (we kept our shoes on entire time in the room), barely any bath towels, no microwave in the room, broken furniture in the room, trash on the carpet out in the hallway, lots of random people loitering the front entrance and parking lot most of the time. Do NOT use this place at all!!

The motel is kind of run down. The hot tub was not in service while we were there. Many of the windows had issues with condensation between the panes of glass. The breakfast was not well stocked. It was disappointing as we were hungry.

Motel 6 Minneapolis-Brooklyn Center offers easy access from Interstate 94. It is located conveniently to the Metrodome and Target Field. Features include guest coin laundry and free Wi-Fi in all rooms.

Evette and Bev were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Bedsheets were clean. Stayed a couple weeks and really enjoyed the art home feeling I got from this place. The ac worked well.

Not a nice place. Quality in name but not in nature it could have been better if the staff were a bit more amiable, helpful or friendly, There wasn't much that worked in the place the TV, ATM, washing machine, room coffee machine all not working. Staff were not interested in in helping or getting anything fixed. they were even reluctant to make a pot of coffee. The rooms were not serviced very well as basic items such as shampoo and soap were not found in my room. the room was ill kept and dirty. The room were in a shabby shape and in need of a lick of paint. Breakfast was not work consuming it was better to do without.

Staff at front desk was nice enough, and I thought this was a good enough value to stay further from downtown since it says it's a new building but geez, how about a little soundproofing? You can clearly hear the neighbors TV (and they aren't trying to be obnoxious). I had to check the window to see if it was open as the geese outside sounded, well, like the windows were open. The rooms design is plain and unattractive. Overall, disappointing. The parking is free and so is breakfast.

We had a local family getaway with the grands and the parents. This Embassy Suites fit the bill! Right from the beginning with Rochelle and Nancy running the desk for check in and check out, our weekend was lovely.With all the families with children staying there the weekend, it pool was clean, housekeeping was amazing keeping towels available. The adult happy hour was a fun event with a joyous bartender, Ike. Breakfast service was fantastic!
