Travelodge by Wyndham Brooklyn Center

This is the most dirtiest smelliest undecorative uninviting unpleasing and unsettling place I've ever stepped foot into we didn't have any towels or was offered any is disgusting in itself I don't think this entity should ever be able to have the privilege of posting their business online if they're going to have a place ran like that and let me tell you something I've been living in and out of hotels my whole entire life this ain't my first go-around and I never review anything unless it's good but this one this one holy sniker doddles you guys need a cleaner to come in there really clean that joint let me know geez and the maintenance man what the hell is that.. if he is a maintenance man and he knows what he says he knows it sure as hell wouldn't look the way it looks and I could tell you that by experience.. it definitely was not worth any penny that I spent on this room And I've never been more happier to check out about hotel in my entire life shame on you Travelodge..

Entrance was very dirty. Elevator and hotel room door handle had finger prints all over. Front desk assign us a room with 2 full bed that was smoking when we booked for 2 queen, non smoking with a refrigerator. We had to go back down to change room. The non smoking room smells like cigarettes and tube had rust on it. Front desk was very rude when we call for room service for towels. He said come down and get it. A/C unit is very old and needs replaced along with bathtub. Carpet is very dirty and smells like cigarettes. Curtains are very old and need new ones. Small chair had lots of stain on the fabric and needs to be tossed. TV didn’t work and had no remote. Refrigerator is very old and needs tossed. We were told breakfast is from 6AM to 9AM. We went down at 7AM and there wasn’t any breakfast except break and jelly. Breakfast wasn’t replenish at 7AM if there was anything appeasing. Coffee machine looks dirty with finger prints. The front desk glass shield has lots of finger prints on it looking at the check-in attendant. The area is very unsafe, with lots of ghetto druggie hanging out talking loud and fighting in the front entrance outside like it’s a hang out spot at night. The Indian family that run the hotel lives in the building and hangs out at night outside and very loud and they also leave trash in the parking lot and sitting in lawn chair as you come back to the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The pictures do not match the poor condition of this run down dirty hotel with druggie hanging out front at night.

Zero Ice bucket and no trash can, Zero toilet paper
