I booked the room, it's was good, but the bookings said a refrigerator and microwave which I didn't have, and the swimming pool area was closed

The hotel is in a good location. It is relatively quiet and convenient for travel. There is a large parking lot and an indoor swimming pool, which is quite good.
The breakfast is a bit simple and satisfactory. The experience is very good. Recommended

I was charged a $100 deposit at the end of my one-night stay, which has not been returned. Now, I am facing a total charge of $215 for that night. Additionally, the pool was out of order during my stay. This experience has felt very shady, and I am disappointed with the customer service.
