I stayed at this hotel 8/8/2025. My check-in was seamless, the room was nice, and the location is convenient. This hotel knows that they have a roach infestation, which I think is quite disgusting and harmful to the overall brand. They even have a fixed protocol to just call housekeeping and to state that they will inform management. After your money is wasted and you're forced to sleep amongst bugs.

Nice hotel. Clean. Thin walls. Neighbor woke me while he was having a phone conversation. Courteous staff. Thomas checked me in. Parking is free but scarce. The back lot is very dark and sort of hidden. I was afraid to park there as it looked abandoned and unsafe. There is nothing within walking distance but a gas station. Warm cookie (w/ nuts) & water at reception. Room has refrigerator.

Great hotel. Nice size room and bathroom. Plenty of amenities. Very comfy bed and we loved getting a nice warm chocolate chip cookie on check in! The staff were very friendly too, even when it was nearly midnight when we checked in due to a flight delay!

Don't stay here. HUGE bugs! Woke up, turned the light on in the bathroom and a palmetto bug was on the counter. Requested the manager (since they were out when I checked out) to call me to discuss and they didn't bother calling to follow-up. I recommend staying anywhere but here. This should not even be a Hilton property in my opinion. Absolutely disgusting and the fact that there was no follow-up is horrible on the property's part. I've been a Hilton customer for over 20 years and have never had such a bad experience. No excuses!

Receptionist falsely identified and got a guest arrested for walking in the parking lot. The Cops admitted the area was unsafe and crime ridden after dark, even for outside of Atlanta. I’ve heard the comfort inn is much better and safer than this hotel.

Dear GM of the Doubletree Hotel, I'd like to commend you for having an outstanding staff starting with your Front Office Manager, Kenny. He checked me in and couldn't be more friendly and professional at the same time. The next morning I opened my computer only to get a message that my keyboard batteries were dying. I went down to the front desk and asked Jazmine if she had any for sale. She did not..... But she did look in a drawer below and pulled out a box and gave me two AAA batteries. I asked her to charge it to my room and she graciosuly said not to worry about it. Congratulations to you Mr. GM for empowering your staff and having great people willng to go above and beyond the call of duty. Also, and forgive me for not getting her name, but we spent three nights at your bar (I'm sure we broke records for the three nights we were there) and one night after your kitchen was closed the young lady graciously agreed to bring 3-4 orders of fries for a bunch of drunken (but nice) knuckleheads. Just a great experience all around, I highly reccomend this hotel!

Where do I begin? What an incredible stay over the weekend here at DoubleTree. Between the cleanliness of the room to the amazing property, I really enjoyed my stay here. I’d like to specifically send my kudos to Antonio at the Front Desk and Joseph at the Bar; these two gentlemen were so kind and accommodating during my stay here in Atlanta. It felt as though I was greeted by longtime friends but with the upmost care. The location was perfect for my stay as I had business to handle but this will be my go to place moving forward for my Atlanta visits. Awesome hotel!
