Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Milwaukee West (Brookfield), WI

Nice, clean places to stay. Kids enjoyed pool and hot tub was nice size. Breakfast was good. Good coffee. Front desk staff extremely kind and helpful, especially Breanna. Champps Americana next door was a convenient but also excellent choice for dinner. Great place to stay after zoo visit and attending a Brewer game. Easy access to events and shopping. Would stay again.

I travel for a living and must say that this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. First off they show an exercise machine in in their pictures and when I called to verify if they had this machine, they said yes, I booked a hotel, checked in, are in my business clothing, then went down to use this multistation weight machine they show and claim I have Only to find out it doesn’t exist. I had to join a gym for the 11 days that I was here which is terribly inconvenient and time-consuming, as well as pricey. They made up my room two times in the first week while the first time they left dirty towels and garbage which further disappointed me. They suggested that I call the parent company which I thought was the radison and found out. It is a company called choice hotels. Talk about a true disappointment. Five phone calls over the one hour. I spent on the phone couldn’t get any party in America and they refused to transfer me to a supervisor to report the issue twice I was hung up on and once the agent totally refused to transfer me to a supervisor. It was suggested that I post a note on that website, which I did and got a reply from an individual in customer service who inform me how important this is to them yet they will reach out to me in 7 to 10 days, really? My first day I went down for breakfast I went to grab an orange until I noticed that one of them was beyond moldy. It was actually white in color. One day I couldn’t even get out of the hotel cause the front door would not open electronically to exit. Today I went for breakfast in which they really weren’t many people there but both coffee machines are empty, which forced me to find the woman in charge and ask if I can have coffee with my breakfast? Then when I went to get my breakfast and a fork and a knife they had no forks. I had to chase that woman down again and asked for a fork. I could not. I am not a complainer, but I have traveled for 30+ years and I’ve never experienced such a lack of customer service, which I then found out starts at the top, which is choice hotels there was more, but I don’t wanna run out of room. I will say my head is off to Angela the general manager, Breanna Jean and Sara T, who is so amazing and helpful, and you can just tell the hand were tied by corporate in closing let me just say that corporate needs to be addressed and corrected. There is no way I would recommend anybody that I know in like to get anywhere near this hellhole. Don’t stay here!

OMG! Thank you Sara for making this a great mini vacation!! The room is fabulous and just perfect for our stay!! Thank you for all the help getting organized! We are so glad we chose this hotel!! Breakfast had so many choices and the coffee was great. Plan to add this hotel to our list of favorites!!!

I was here with the man I love and have lost. My heart will always remember being here with Ken Bohn and Midnite and wishing he loved me. I never could captivate his heart though I tried. Donna Lynn Lash Wolff I love you forever Chief Ken Bohn Goodbye I miss you The pool was great. The manager was great. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was friendly. The price was good. But….The hotel definitely needs updating. Our room had peeling wallpaper, our bathtub had chips on the floor , the couch was dirty. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The bag for the hair dryer was covered with makeup marks on the outside. Breakfast was average. We are Choice members and we have stayed at a lot of nice Choice hotels but this was disappointing.
