Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes. À notre arrivée il y avait seulement un lit et un petit divan inconfortable pour seulement une personne. Nous avons eu besoin de deux lits pliants, dont un qu’ils nous ont fait payer en surplus.

Horrible,salle de bain pas propre avec du linge de l'ancien client qui est resté. Odeur de tapis sale et humide. Besoin grandement de rénovation.Personnels non chalent.Petit déjeuner de 7h30 a 9h30 😵💫 Corridor avec des anciens cendrilliers transforme en boite a fleurs 😆

Quand on est arrivé, on leur a demandé un remboursement parce qu’il y avait pleins de graines par terre et des cheveux dans le lit, les murs avaient des tâches brunes partout. Ils n’ont pas voulu nous changer de chambre, ils ont dit qu’ils allaient changer le lit et passer la balayeuse. À notre retour à la chambre le lit était plein de tâches brunes/jaunes et il y avait même des traces rouges dans le lit. Je recommande pas cet hôtel si vous êtes des personnes propres et je ne suis vraiment pas chialeuse normalement mais là c’était vraiment pas propre, voir mes photos

Chambre ordinaire, Lit trop haut, 5pi2 tres difficile à grimper, bain trop haut, pas de rampe pour se tenir. Déjeuner correct mais il manque des fruits et différentes brioches. Je n y retournerai pas.

Négatif: Commodités minimalistes dans la chambre. Décor d'une autre décennie. Clientèle très bruyante et peu respectueuse même la nuit.

L’accueil n’était pas convivial, le garçon au comptoir avait d’l’air totalement indifférent et a donné les informations de façon minimale et robotisé.
L’espace (l’anti-chambre) pour accéder à la piscine et au spa sentait l’urine et manquait d’amour.
