Peaceful van Park on the eastern end of town with ok facilities. Stayed in a basic cabin which was equipped with master bed, electric stove top, air con and ensuite bathroom. Car space next to doorway. Late arrivals can collect key in envelope left next to reception. Quite good overall, but stovetop takes a while to heat if boiling or frying. $90 tariff makes the Outback caravan park a value option in Broken Hill

Disappointing stay. Extreme wind made our tent unusable and the no refund policy meant we would lose $300 paid. Mundi Mundi the week prior meant fees were $80 for a powered site. Sadly fees for units shift and change over the course of a day pending demand. We moved to a 2 bed unit (only one available) for 2 nights which was very tired, curtain rail hanging out of wall and unusable kettle. There are no trees in the bulk of the park. That said office staff were friendly and helpful, pool is lovely and work is being done currently to improve the park.

I had 4 sites booked for The 9th September and one of them changed their mind and got a cabin in the park. the park was more than happy to changed the booking for them we all had a fantastic time at the park, I have stayed there on many occasions and would seriously recommend the park to family and friends.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. The service from the time we booked to the time we leave has always been great. Friendly staff, great accommodation, clean laundry facilities and centrally located to both shops and getting back on to the highway. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

They have done a lot of work to improve the facilities since we last stayed 3 years ago. We were travelling in a group of 3 caravan and a swag. They were very accommodating in getting us close together.
