The staff was friendly. The room & bath were well maintained & clean. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc.

Location and amenities were ideal for families as well single travelers. Near a great selection of restaurants and other necessities. Clean and new rooms with great amount of space.

I liked this hotel. It’s nice, the lobby is nice, the sitting area is fabulous and has a big fireplace and comfy chairs. The staff were helpful. Bar food was okay. There was a lot of space to walk my 2 pups. Bed was comfortable and the a/c worked great.
Only con would be that there were a few little ants crawling on the wall by the desk, not near the bed, on the other side of the room. Probably an anomaly. They offered to come and take care of it but I didn’t want to breathe bug spray and I didn’t want to change rooms.

Front desk employees were very professional, helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean. Indoor pool and hot tub excellent for winter night outs. Great breakfast buffet.

Booked king room months in advance and showed up and no king room. The young totally rude boy working the desk didn't care and was totally rude! Would NEVER recommend a place with such horrible service! I'm a 6'5 man and have been handicapped by a bad wreck. Sleep is hard to get in a bed that's big enough. But small beds are all but crippling!

Indoor/Outdoor swimming. Close to Bass Pro. Different places to eat at. Shopping was convenient and accessable to get to.
