Excellent hotel! The only blemish was that the ice machine on the fourth did not work. We had to go down to the third floor to get ice. I would highly recommend this hotel to your Trip.com travelers.

Location and amenities were ideal for families as well single travelers. Near a great selection of restaurants and other necessities. Clean and new rooms with great amount of space.

I liked this hotel. It’s nice, the lobby is nice, the sitting area is fabulous and has a big fireplace and comfy chairs. The staff were helpful. Bar food was okay. There was a lot of space to walk my 2 pups. Bed was comfortable and the a/c worked great.
Only con would be that there were a few little ants crawling on the wall by the desk, not near the bed, on the other side of the room. Probably an anomaly. They offered to come and take care of it but I didn’t want to breathe bug spray and I didn’t want to change rooms.

Front desk employees were very professional, helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean. Indoor pool and hot tub excellent for winter night outs. Great breakfast buffet.

The hotel in general was pretty nice, and the front desk folks treated me well each time I interacted with them. Big room, nice amenities with a bigger refrigerator, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. My biggest concern about this hotel is the lack of decent dining onsite. My first night here (for business) I was tired and just wanted a drink and something simple to eat. I ordered my drink, and was surprised to see it was $20 for a double whiskey. I travel quite a bit and those are big city, downtown Marriott like prices, not Broken Arrow, OK. I then asked for a menu and was told the kitchen was down for some reason. That was a very broad statement and there had to be more to it. I was told there was food within walking distance and there was if 1/2 mile is how far you want to walk. There is a BBQ place closer, but not my style. The next day there was food available, but it was a super limited menu. There was some "strange" interaction between the people working the bar area. It's hard to explain, but it just seemed odd from my perspective as a customer. Bottom line, nice place, decent room / amenities, but the food situation could be better.

Ugh
Refused to let our group stay. Said had to have an adult in each room. We were a school trip - no way could we have students sleeping in same room as our teachers.
