Room was basic Bathroom was freezing- no radiator or underfloor heating just a towel rail The sink plug was wedged in and I couldn't empty it- I mentioned this on checkout - no concern or apology Grab and go breakfast was meagre Overpriced Would not hurry back

Fabulous hotel. Very special. Beautiful huge executive room. Staff so welcoming. Great cocktails at bar, great menu. Tasty breakfast. Hotel very close to ferry. Next to supermarket. Across from beach. Couldn’t have asked for more

We had a meal in the bistro last evening . The service ,food and general experience was excellent. The food was interesting, well presented and very tasty. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would recommend dining in the bistro rather than the main bar as the bar can be noisy, but this is a matter of preference. The food is good in either place.

Lovely hotel and a great location in the heart of Brodick. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Hotel
The hotel was fantastic. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff are very professional and welcoming. The room was lovely. It had beautiful views and had everything we needed.
The position I’d the hotel is great - Straight off the ferry - it’s literally opposite the ferry port. Lots going on in Brodick and Lamlash only 3 miles away.
