It was a great a moment everythinv was excellentt but too expensive for one day

I t feels like home here. The staff is great and they are willing to make your stay comfortable. They treat you with respect. Any reasonable request is met to the best of their abilities. Breakfast is prepared by staff, and food is cooked on-site. Coffee and tea are always available. The pool and its area are always cleaned and available for use. I would recommend this Inn for that down-home comfort.

Staff is always warm and friendly, and we’re always diligent in taking care of any issues that arose. Breakfast was always available and never low on food items. Dining room was always clean. Mrs Smith always had a smile every morning while greeting the guests.

We found out that Costco had recently opened in Sharon, MA and wanted to go there. I started looking around for places to stay and found that this place fit our needs. We wanted a kitchen for the nights that we decided to cook in. The kitchen was pretty nice and the room was pretty clean. Housekeeping was supposed to be every other day of our stay. When we checked in, we were told that our room was going to be cleaned on Thursday and Saturday. They only cleaned the first day but never got to our second time. We asked the housekeeper on the floor and she checked and said that we weren’t on her list. So, we told her we didn’t need cleaning anymore because we’re back in the room and tired and can we please get clean towels. She said that she’ll put in a request. We decided to go to the front desk to ask about room cleaning and the guy out there was pretty abrupt. He didn’t give us a chance to ask and interrupted by saying that there’s 70 rooms to clean and that they need more time. This was at 4 PM, so we told him that we didn’t need our room cleaned anymore because we were tired and can we please have some extra towels. He said that they didn’t have it and that he will put in a request to housekeeping to send it up to us. I thought this was weird because we asked the receptionist a couple of nights earlier and they went to the back and got it for us. We waited for a couple hours and nothing came by, so I went back outside and seeked out another housekeeper, and she gave me the towels. We went out for dinner and came back, and apparently they came into our room and dropped off a bag of towels, which I thought was odd because I thought their policy was that they wouldn’t come into our room if we had the “do not disturb” sign out. Internet was bad . There was a problem with our tv. They came while we were out and claimed that there wasn’t any problem with it because it worked for them. I think it has to do with the back of the television and their wiring. If you move the TV set, it would work temporarily, and then it would freeze and go out again. Anyway, I didn’t feel like calling them to come back into our room again. The TV channels worked but Netflix and YouTube did not. Was trying to get Netflix and YouTube fixed but gave up. There were a couple of nights when the room above us were running around at 1 AM in the morning. Had a hard time sleeping through that. Water temperature was a bit hard to control in our room. The one thing we had to get used to in our bathroom was the shower door and where the shower head was. When you open the shower door, you have to go by the water (whether it was hot or cold). It’s in an awkward position that you wish the door would slide so you can get out the other way. The one positive thing here was the breakfast. Everything was pretty good. Comfortable and clean and super close to Stonehill College ! The breakfast ( included) was perfect but what made it special was Lovett Smith! He ran the service as if it was a quaint restaurant that he owned - checked in on everyone made us all feel welcome ! Such a special human!
