This hotel is gorgeous and in a stunning location. The food is lovely. But those aren't the real highlights - it's all about the service. I was there for work, at a 2 day offsite with a team of colleagues. Service and attention to detail can be a bit lacking - and the experience a bit soulless - in venues that host business events. Not here! Our team was brilliantly cared for by the Rhinefield House team - and most notably by the fabulous Deborah. 100% would recommend - try this place out for yourself, it is fabulous.

We stayed unfortunately only for one night, wish we could have stayed longer. it was my husbands 60th, so in our room there was a lovely surprise, cocktails , balloons and cards. We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful hotel , we stayed in the classic room , very comfortable and warm , huge comfy bed. The spa was lovely , pool, sauna and steam room. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a meal in the conservatory, the steak was amazing. The breakfast was very good. Thank you , we will definitely be back.

Attended the Sound Meditation with afternoon tea today and what a fantastic experience. Doretta was so welcoming and and led an hour of the most relaxing sound meditation. This was followed by a 10/10 afternoon tea and we were looked after so well by Deborah who gave us a tour afterwards and was very knowledgable with the history of the beautiful hotel. We will definitely attend again.

Was looking forward to a nice Coffee and lovely cake in a stunning Hotel. We stopped off for Coffee and Cake. The cake available from morning till 1pm as stated on Menu (only it wasnt) we were there at 12 Apparenly the cake was just being baked YAY.However, a very disapointing refrigerated piece of rather unappetising chocolate brownie arrived with Belle the waitress saying "its cake of the day". Imagine our disappointment..not freshly made as we had been told and not worth putting on weight for. So we enjoyed the views Coffee and paid and left. Staff seemed helpful.

I had my wedding here on 17th feb 2025. What can I say from start to finish it was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much to Annette for keeping me together and helping me sort out our perfect day! Thank you to all the staff for being absolutely fantastic!

We came in on the Friday evening past, for some fabulous drinks and service! the young blonde chap, Tom I think is his name maybe even Tim? (in the bar) was superb, nothing was too much of an ask, really went above and beyond, he even remembered both my and my wives names (we have different surnames) The cocktails were just divine. My only negative would unfortunately be, the other chap in the bar of Spanish decent I believe, smelt of cigarettes' this was really unfortunate as Rhinefield just oozes luxury and everything else was fantastic. I had to create an account just to leave a review and express my excitement! Will certainly be back again next weekend.
