Excellent and relaxing stay!
Staff were attentive without being intrusive. The bed was extremely comfortable. The spa was very nice and the therapist was very competent. The standard of breakfast was very high, but the highlight was the evening meal which was worthy of a Michelin star.

After searching so many properties in the New Forest area for the perfect hotel for a family weekend away I found this to be our perfect hotel. Apart from the stunning facade as you arrive inside is even better. The whole hotel oozes luxury and comfort. Every member of staff was a delight. Taking two fussy young teenagers to dinner in the Armada restaurant was a worry but their requests were dealt with for dinner and breakfast without any issues. Our room was lovely with amazingly comfortable beds. The indoor swimming pool was small but perfect for a quick dip. I’m hoping this will become an annual escape from the January chills.

Had a really nice stay here. Great location for visiting the new forrest and surrounding area. Beautiful property with lots of character and the room was very nice and comfortable. Spa area was a little tired, but great to have the facilities to unwind after a walk in the forrest.

My and my wife went for a getaway weekend here and the stay was incredible. They gave us a great room overlooking the new forest, the grounds and the hotel felt like we were in a castle! The part of the new forest is so beautiful with the giant trees. The inside was beautiful and the food was amazing ! We had a great steak for dinner and the English breakfast was one of the best I have had in the country. Special shoutout to Jerry and Maria. Their service was exceptional and Jerry had the whole breakfast room on lockdown, that man needs a promotion ! We had a special stay here. This is now in our top tier of fave Hotels around the world. We will be coming back.

Lovely place but the spa wasn’t good. Too small and you are misled on the facilities. The gym, changing rooms and pool were tiny and tired. Nowhere to relax. However the hotel was lovely. Needs another bar/lounge. The grounds and the area were beautiful! Staff excellent and beautifully trained. A few stood out…Darren and Tom in the bar, Tom Ly and Maria in the reception and Jerry at breakfast were memorable for their excellent service/manner.

Wonderful stay
This stay was for my husbands 30th birthday I had arranged the room was beautiful with lots of added extras . We had a wonderful dinner in the conservatory. Angel was our server and he was incredible and his suggestion was incredible and he was very knowledgeable. The room pool area everything was perfect and we really did feel very pampered. All staff we encountered were lovely and I could not be more appreciative for making my husbands birthday so special and one he will remember for many years . Thank you so very much rhinefield .

I surprised my wife with a weekend at Rhinefield House after reading reviews on Trip Advisor and it certainly didn't disappoint. Being a significant Birthday I wanted it to be special so contacted the hotel and was put in touch with Annette, from this point organising the weekend, including getting some friends booked in was so easy. Annette was so helpful, quick to respond to emails and gave some great ideas it culminated in a truly relaxing and special time. The hotel is beautiful and set in lovely grounds. The room was spacious and the team had gone to the trouble of decorating with balloons, banner, a signed card and cocktails which was a lovely surprise. We spent the majority of our time in the bar and restaurant, all of which were fantastic with very attentive staff. Unfortunately the spa was going through maintenance, which can't be helped, which meant the water was cold, but the facilities were nice and if warm would have been relaxing. My wife and I had treatments and these were brilliant. The forest is on the door step and I went for a run before breakfast, there are a couple of routes which loop you back to the hotel for an interesting 5km. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, we will certainly be coming back!
