From booking to arrival the communication from the hotel was excellent for our 2 night stay which was principally to visit Beaulieu motor museum. We booked The Burley room on the ground floor facing the back of the hotel. Tea and cake upon arrival was much appreciated after a three hour drive. The facilities provided included extra touches such as an electric radiator if top up heat was needed in our room. Tea and coffee in our room topped up daily. Toiletries and towels were good quality and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices and our hosts and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful in recommending where to eat. We would certainly not hesitate to book here again if we were in the area.

This was our first time at the Cottage Lodge hotel and we were not disappointed. On arrival there was a parking space available with your name on the plaque. The staff were very friendly and accomodating with tea and cake to welcome you. The room was very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom was a little tired but very clean The breakfast in the morning was delicious.. anything you wanted they had. The jam and marmalade was local and we really enjoyed that with our toast. Lots to do in the area for walking or cycling.

Très beau cottage avec un gérant qui soigne ses hôtes ! (Et qui parle parfaitement français 😉)
Situé en plein centre de Brockenhurst et à proximité des principaux sites du New Forest nous avons pleinement profiter de nos deux nuits avec de belles balades en vélo et de belles visites !
Les chambres sont très spacieuses et décorées avec goût et le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent ! Une adresse à retenir sans hésiter

Our second time at this beautiful hotel. We stayed in their Rhinefield room which was gorgeous and so comfortable. The hotel is located in a great position close to many walks in the forest. Every member of the Cottage Lodge Team genuinely cares, doing all they can to ensure you have the best stay. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, using local produce. Would wholeheartedly recommend and already planning our return trip.

Lovely accommodation, with beautiful use of local timbers for furniture, and a great ethic for sourcing many food items from local businesses. The room was really comfortable, the food great (we had just breakfast x 2 as the restaurant closes Sunday/Monday). The staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location from which to explore the New Forest.
