Lovely cottage in a great location for access to Brockenhurst. Our room was excellent with everything you need. Large bed with a dining area and outside table & small private garden. Very clean and the bathroom was large with a high spec. There is an EV charger onsite which i used, very useful. You can opt for breakfast in your room or in the communal dining room, we opted for within our room. You make a selection the evening before. Breakfast range & quality was excellent. I would have given this place 5 out of 5 but for the disappointing welcome. The gentleman who welcomed us, who must be the owner, on arrival wasn't rude just not friendly, he had rang me earlier to check our arrival time, ok & asked we park around the back, which we did, but when we knocked on the front door, he didn't say anything of welcome, it was 'have you parked around the back?' He showed us to our room & explained the breakfast ordering method. I think a warm welcome is important, it didn't affect our stay but we didn't want to trouble the owner or ask any questions.

We had a lovely time at Daisybank Cottage and we can't wait to be back in the future!
The hosts are very kind, friendly and willing to give great advice about the area. It was our first time visiting the New Forest and, I have to say, we were both enthusiastic: it's the perfect place where to relax and explore the stunning surroundings.
The cottage is located not too far from the train station and the room (Daisy Suite) was absolutely beautiful: quiet and clean, perfect in every detail!
The delicious breakfast was hand delivered to us at a timing of our choosing with a variety of options to choose from.
Thanks again for the lovely hospitality!

Perfection
Great location for all New Forest activities. Our ‘Dandelion’ suite was excellent. Lots of space, very comfy bed, eating area and outside sitting space. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely hosts. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Daisybank Cottage for a stay in the New Forest. We had two nights staying in the Dandelion suite which was perfect. Beautifully and considerately designed, with gorgeous features and practically equipped, it felt cosy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Spacious main bedroom with very soft and comfortable bedding. Great bathroom with a powerful shower and deep standalone bath. And lovely dining area equipped with fridge freezer and tea/coffee facilities. Highly recommend

Excellent. Most excellent bedding and a great night's sleep. Lovely breakfast. Friendly. Good parking. All design and quality of fittings excellent. Had large downstairs room in the house with super king bed, own kitchenette, small garden and own entrance.
