The rooms are clean and tidy, in the city center, surrounded by supermarkets and shopping malls, but we are coming in the summer, there is no air conditioning in the room, it is hot, but the hotel will have a fan for you, it will be cool in the middle of the night.

Sure enough, the best hotel in bulle! My parents are very satisfied. It is estimated that the sleep is comfortable and it feels that the room is not small in Switzerland! It is also convenient for parking. There is also a Japanese and Thai meal downstairs.

Si nous avons bien compris l’hostellerie Le sapin dépend de l'hôtel Cailler car c'est à la réception de celui-ci que nous avons du faire l'enregistrement...! l'Hôtel le Sapin est située dans le centre du village de Charmey à quelques minutes à pied du parking gratuit où se trouvent les bains chauds de Charmey et l'hôtel Cailler. Pour les bains, nous avons obtenu 1 ticket de rabais (5,-chf) pour chacun de nous et aussi un bon de parking gratuit. L'entrée de l'hôtel le Sapin se fait par la pâtisserie, c'est là aussi que nous prenons les petits déjeuners généreusement bien servis dans une belle salle chaleureuse complètement rénovée. La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté de la chambre, le petit déjeuner copieux et la situation de l’hébergement nous incitent à recommander cet hôtel...! I was looking on a booking site for a hotel that has free parking. That's why I booked at this hotel. But despite that they charged me to pay for parking. They also charged for breakfast separately, without asking us if we were interested in breakfast. Thus a reservation of 220 francs for 2 nights suddenly became 270 francs. The hotel is under renovation. They are building more rooms. There were scaffolding in front of my room. Not a pleasant thing

The Roc et Neige hotel is located in the wonderfully picturesque Chateaux D'Oex village surrounded by high mountains and lush green hillside. I stayed at the hotel for a week as part of a group tour with Newmarket Holidays and the hotel was used as a base for daily trips to the surrounding areas of Montreux, Interlaken, Fribourg, Gstaad and Gruyere. The hotel has an idyllic location with breathtaking views all around. The hotel rooms are cosy, functional and clean with maid service each day. High speed internet and good wifi coverage ensures that you can keep in contact and use higher bandwidth services such as Netflix and Youtube. Remember that the Swiss electrical system uses the 3 Swiss pin socket rather than the euro adaptor but local adaptors can be hired from the hotel if you forget them. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite which made the stay enjoyable. Our package tour included breakfast and evening meals on five out of our seven night stay, enabling us to try out the local restaurants in the village on the nights when the hotel restaurant was closed (Tues & Thurs). Evening meals were set menu and superb and the chef does an excellent job to create well presented and tasty three course meals. Breakfast is continental style with fresh breads, rolls, croissants, eggs, yoghurt, cereals meat, juices and a range of teas and coffees. The hotel also catered for one person in our party who was on a GF menu. The hotel is located approx 10 mins walk from the village high street where there are a range of local shops, cafes, a few restaurants, tourist information and a local train station. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Roc et Neige and the beautiful village of Chateaux D'Oex.

Absolutely stunning place. The only downside was that I was here for a conference and despite touring the place, didn't get to try the pool, spa and the awesome infrastructure (bike, backpack and other equipment loan, guided walks, etc). The setting is absolutely stunning and everything from the cool lobby bar area to the awesome kids lounge is top notch. I'm making plans to come back with the family: summer or winter, it looks like the perfect place for a break.
