Superb, Wonderful, Luxurious!!!
Wonderful stay at East House! Overall perfect .. great location as in walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs and great for local walks. Stunning property.. rooms were luxurious and the breakfast was truly delicious 😋 Extremely friendly and made you feel so much at home!

The five star reviews are all well deserved and here's another one. Lauren & Andrew made us feel like welcome guests in their home from the moment that we arrived. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and everything of the highest quality. Marvellous attention to detail throughout the house. We enjoyed the glass of champagne on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfasts made to order with top quality ingredients and lots of choice. Perfect venue if you're looking for a Broadway base.

This was our first trip to Broadway and we were so lucky to have found this gem! A total pleasure from start to finish. East House is an elegant guest house in a great location perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. My stay included excellent quality linen, everywhere spotlessly clean and an immaculate attention to detail. My room was superb and the breakfast wonderful. I had a wonderful gluten free selection. I found the owners Lauren and Andrew helpful, attentive and friendly. Incredibly professional and yet homely. This is no ordinary B&B or guesthouse! I cannot imagine getting better value for your money. Wish I could give East House more than 5 stars. 100 % highly recommend. I had to write a review to say how delighted my family & I were with our stay at and by the standards, passion and efficiency of East House. Thanks again Lauren & Andrew for a wonderful weekend.

Beautiful B&B (although that doesn’t it give it justice) in Broadway. Charming hosts, very comfortable and spotless room, with a delicious made-to-order breakfast to boot. A welcome glass of champagne, after a long, rainy drive from London, was the icing on the cake! Have already recommended East House to friends and family.

A wonderful two day break with friends. Cosy, friendly, warm and inviting, I would 100% recommend this fabulous hotel, for the rooms, hosts, amazing freshly cooked breakfast and the location. Romantic setting, set perfectly near the other Cotswold hot spots to visit and a good selection of restaurants a walk away. We also appreciated a smaller venue rather than a faceless hotel, way more personable and our fellow guests were really nice.

We had a lovely couple of days away and really enjoyed staying at East House and were grateful for the recommendations made by the owners during our stay. East House is located in Broadway and is only a short walk to a number of restaurants and pubs and is only a short drive to a number of other popular towns and villages in the area such as Stow on the Wold & Chipping Camden etc.

Wonderful location, excellent service and hospitality. We would highly recommend a stay at East House. It exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely be staying there again We had the attic room and it was perfect for us, the room was very clean and well looked after, with everything you could possibly need
