We had stayed at the Aqua Resort a number of years ago and at that time enjoyed our experience. This time we were disappointed (a) with the cleanliness of the Unit and secondly we felt the unit felt "tired" and needed a refurbishment. The top of the rangehood and behind the side tables in the main bedroom needed cleaning as with the tracks of the sliding doors. Compared to other luxury resorts around Australia the unit compared poorly. One can see why Australians head for Asia and the likes of Bali where the units are better and cheaper. The location was very good and services such as the main pool and tennis court ws appreciated.

The location is excellent however the houses are tired. The doors were hard to open, and the floors need resealing. Windows weren't clean. It was also peak holiday period, and the services were lacking in the food vans etc.

Stayed in beachfront house F Very disappointed no fly screens on large sliding doors to balcony and louvred windows. As a result had to have doors closed at all times and air con on to avoid flys in day and mosquitos at night Admin said all beachfront houses had no fly screens apart from one which was show home when they were built

Big house in beautiful setting and grounds. The house was very clean and nothing was missing for our comfort and convenience. The on suite bathrooms are very luxurious. We shared the accommodation with family to celebrate a 60 th birthday. We would certainly recommend it.

Great place to stay at for a short break or a longer holiday, beautiful beach front location with excellent facilites. Staff were friendly and offered great advice on what to do in the area. The Villas were spacious and clean, famiies would have a great time here. Highly recommend.

Fantastic accommodation and facilities. We were a Family of 10: a great-grandparent, Grandparents, three adult children, and four Grandchildren. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for all. The kids loved the plunge pool. A great base to explore the region. We are all looking forward to another visit.

Loved the whole resort, the room was lovely, walking to the beach which is only a 5 minute walk, staff were so nice on the phone and in the office would come back in a heart beat

Amazing great location lovely accommodation. Kids loved the pool lovely gardens and bbq close to all great food outlets and beach. Loads of space bathrooms all fully equipped kitchen. Exceptional pool area but not heated pool at home is heated so year round swimming.

During my four decades of international crew-changing and travelling and domestic holidaying, it is a rare occasion that I do not observe or experience something to comment on, that is not positive though always fair, polite and constructive. The Aqua Resort Busselton just happens to be one of those rare occasions. The "Bay Houses" are spacious, of magnificent design, supremely comfortable, superbly located, family oriented, extremely well equipped and maintained and simply the next level.
