Take note of check in time. It was Thursday and the check in closes at 6pm. There is secured parking. The room was big and quite clean. It has cooking and laundry facilities. Recommended.

We last stayed here over 20 years with our children and friends. It was good to see that the resort has kept up to date, the studio we stayed was clean and well appointed, the staff very friendly and helpful. Although we only stayed one night it reminded us why we used to stay there all those years ago and we'll definitely be back again sooner. It has a great feel to it with peppy trees around the buildings and palms around the outdoor pool. It's a very short walk to the beautiful beach on Geographe Bay. The resort undoubtedly gets very busy in school holidays as it has always been a popular destination for families and no doubt is is still. It was quiet while we were there, but I imagine it gets super busy in the late spring and during the school summer holidays. There are two pools, a spa and tennis courts, Tonic restaurant on site and the Broadwater shops a couple of minutes walk away.

We had an absolutely amazing stay with family and friends at Broadwater Resort. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing exceptional service with genuine smiles. The resort itself is well maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds, stunning pools, and a game room to keep everyone entertained. We especially enjoyed the delicious cuisine at the on-site restaurants. Thank you for creating a truly unforgettable experience for our group. We can't wait to return!

Exceptional staff in a delightful location provided everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Newly furnished bathrooms exude luxury, with spacious walk-in showers enhancing accessibility. The well-appointed rooms had every amenity for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Food & Drinks: Tonic by the Bay, the on-site restaurant and bar, offers a fantastic ambiance, impeccable service, and delicious cuisine, making it a highlight of our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Broadwater Resort! The indoor heated pool was always comfortably warm, well above 30 degrees. There's an arcade game room to keep the kids entertained, and the lush gardens provided a beautiful tropical atmosphere. The on-site pub, Tonic by the Bay, serves delicious cocktails and food, making it a great spot to unwind. Overall, we were incredibly happy with our stay. Oh, and I must add that the staff were excellent!

Not an ounce of luxury, cheap furniture, mattress so hard my back hurts, aircon only in open area so bedrooms cold, bathroom smells of mould, manager rude and didn’t care about my concerns telling me hard mattresses don’t hurt your back. 4 nights $2k total rip off

We booked a 2 bedroom loft but got upgraded to a 2 bedroom tennis villa. It had a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms which both seem to be freshly renovated, the beds are super comfortable and the pools are a nice place to relax. It has an overall nice atmosphere and there are many things to do in the Busselton area. Very nice stay!

We booked 2 adjacent 2 bedroom loft Apartments for a family holiday. The lofts are unusable for a 2nd bedroom except under favorable conditions. They are not air conditioned with only a ceiling fan and pedestal fan provided and the temperature in the loft whilst we were there was in the region of 35C. There was no alternative accommodation as the Resort was fully booked and the children ended up sleeping on the sofas or with the parents.We felt that it is misleading advertising to call these 2 bedroom apartments when only 1 bedroom can be used and we pointed this out to management. We were not the only ones to complain about this and it has been ongoing for some time. We also had a problem with the air conditioning in our room, dripping condensate into the bedroom where it was located. The staff were very good and promptly arranged temporary relief whilst it could be remedied which involved raising the conditioner so the drain would work. The staff were very good and helped to make our stay less stressful and we fully appreciated their efforts. .
