Sandy Bay Holiday Park

So close to the beach. Chalets were clean and had all the basic necessities. Beautiful wood fire and enough wood for a couple of nights provided for free. Very reasonable price for the stay. The kids loved scootering around the park and down to the beach. And it’s just a short drive to the jetty area and to Dunsborough in the other direction. Recommend a day at the Countrylife Farm (about 20min drive away) - it’s a great place. Overall it was a nice, relaxing stay. Great for families!

We live around the corner from Sandy Bay and had a last minute need to book one of their chalets. We rocked up late one afternoon with our two Labradors in tow and explained that we'd just had our floors sealed and had been advised that we couldn't walk on them until the following day. Tao and Nic were very understanding of our predicament and went out of their way to accommodate us and our dogs. They booked us into a rammed earth chalet. The chalet was warm and cosy, complete with a wood fire. We enjoyed a fantastic night's sleep on a very comfy queen sized bed, complete with an oil heater in the bedroom for added warmth. The tea and coffee facilities were a welcome surprise as was the cleanliness of the entire chalet. The shower had great pressure and was lovely and hot. We were delighted to see toiletries were also provided. The chalet was definitely very well equipped, which was perfect for us as we literally had nothing. We highly recommend Sandy Bay for a great value holiday destination. Just an easy two-minute stroll to the beautiful Geographe Bay and easy drive to the local wineries. As for hosts, you can't go past Tao and Nic. They were so friendly and helpful.

The Swiss chalet was lovely. It was special to have a firebox with a real wood fire. Everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable with plenty of warm bedding and an oil heater as well. It's a really quiet place to stay, the gardens are well kept and everything is clean. We like the older style. We had a table at the back of our chalet that we used for meals. The tables face onto a village green with friendly interaction with other guests. Another big plus is the location. Close to walking paths, beach, and bike trail, plus places to dine out (although we didn't try anywhere this time, preferring self-catering). Overall, a terrific location for us.

We had a really lovely stay in a rammed earth chalet. The chalet was tidy & clean, and super cosy. The bedrooms were well equipped with heaters for the cooler months, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The park grounds were beautifully kept. The kids had an absolute ball! Will 100% be back again!

so clean,and comfortable, friendly staff, just love it there gardens are beautiful i have not got one complaint just a great place a must for a great relaxing holiday fantastic bbq area, the cottages are so well set up for a family, really worth a great holiday

Lovely holiday park with easy access to the beach. Accommodation was fantastic, very clean, warm and comfortable. All staff were so friendly, especially the entertainment team, they put on an exceptional Pop Fuse show. Conor, Charlotte, Chantel, Meg and Erin were just brilliant and the show was very professional. Will definitely be going back
