We booked here because it was on our way and the drive from Little Big Horn (via Devil’s Tower) was just too far to push through to Deadwood (we started the day in Medora). We arrived to an empty front desk with a note to call the manager. We called and were given a code to get into our room, which was clean and quiet. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. A rotten banana, some cereal — coffee had been around for a while. It’s really the only game in town.

If you're desperate for sleep in the literal middle of nowhere, then this is your spot. Not a lot of parking, but we managed. The beds were clean, and that's about it. I'm particularly disappointed that I was quoted one rate that was slightly high for what I was expecting, but I agreed to it. But when we arrived, there was no one there to check us in. We called the number, but no one answered. Finally we get someone on the phone, and we are directed to an online service to pay and get a code to enter the room. The rate was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than what was quoted on the phone. The rate was the highest we have paid for this whole trip, and we have stayed at Drurys, Hamptons, Holiday Inns, etc. The quality of the room definitely did not match the price. At first, they gave us a code for someone else's room! I'm sure the poor woman was scared to death when we were at her door in the middle of the night. Afterward, we finally got a different code to a different room. The toilet paper literally had awful dirt or some kind of mold on it. Couldn't get a replacement because, no one was there that night or in the morning. The "breakfast" was cereal, fruit, and store bought cookies. Overall if the rate matched the quality, then it would be fine. It is a basic motel, just a place to sleep. But to be quoted one rate, and for it to jump so high within an hour and a half, for such a poor motel was very upsetting.

I sustained an injury due to a slip and fall at the Sagebrush Inn I. February of 2023. There was no anti-slip floor surface or hand hold available. I slipped and dislocated my shoulder. Years later I still suffer from the injury. What troubles me so much is that when I brought the issue to owner Jenny's attention all communication was stopped. Leaving me with no further recourse except finding a personal injury legal representation. I've never ever felt so alone. Guest please beware

Very conveniently located in Broadus. Super clean and all the amenities are offered! We were very comfortable! Breakfast is provided in the morning (cereal, fruit, etc.). We went to the Big Sky Bar and had dinner….nothing fancy, but totally satisfying.

We went on a business outing. No one to check us in. The remote phone would not answer. We ended up going to a competitor who graciously let us use their phone, as we don't use a cell phone. No phone in the room, or clock either. What if I have an emergency? No one on-site. Again, we choose not to use a cell phone. We have to get up early. Again, no alarm clock. The tub is very slippery - no tub mat. Have to wait for hot water. The room seems modern and clean, but the disappointments make this an unpleasant experience. I would not stay here again or advise anyone else to say here.

Nicely decorated, clean room with fluffy white towels. They had a washer and dryer with a bucket of quarters on top for guests. They sent me a code for the door to my room which I really appreciated after 12 hrs. In the car. Oh and they wished me save travels as well. It's the little bits of kindness that truly matter.

I stayed on September the 8th a Thursday night. The check in was by phone. First time I've done that but it went just fine. The nice lady gave me the room number and the combination to the door lock. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the internet worked fine. There is a breakfast and coffee room and an ice machine. It was just what I needed because I wanted to stop by the Little Bighorn Battle Field about 100 miles away on Hwy. 212 the next day and then proceed to the Bozeman area to pick up my wife at the airport on Saturday. It's not a resort hotel but it's not priced like one either and the other guests seemed to be nice folks. I would gladly recommend this place.

Stayed here overnight whilst on a traveling roadtrip holiday from Australia. Arrived and settled in to our room for the night. Checkin staff were not onsite but easily contacted by the provided phone and were friendly and helpful. Room was really homely and comfortable, not ultra modern but nice-not the usual sterile hotel feel. Room had a decent size fridge with its own separate freezer and microwave. There was also a nice recliner to relax in. Bed was super comfy and location was quiet being in a small country town- so we had a good sleep here. It was close to a local food spot- we were suggested to try the food at the Power River Lanes - a local bowling alley- and it didn’t disappoint- a tasty great feed. TV and wifi worked well and shower was nice and hot. The handy onsite laundry room was a great addition which we also used- $1 to wash and $1 to dry. They have a free massage chair to use also, which we would have tried but we ran out of time. The free breakie the next morning was good with cereal, fruit, etc and drinks on offer. Overall a pretty nice place to stay.
