Great location, well set up apartment with all the amenities, clean and quiet. Good value for Broadbeach. However, an absolute rigmarole if you can’t arrive before their Reception closes at 4.30pm. Very strict rules and expectations about how you are to leave the apartment if you don’t want to be charged excess fees. We expect to have to put rubbish out, but wiping down bench tops?

Great spot/location. Difficult to get good pricing as often advertised for less on other websites. Always try direct as they should be able to match. Rooms clean and tidy, everything in working order. After hours check in quite invasive and avoid if possible.

I was stunned by the quality and the value for money. Being regular visitors to Broadbeach we have stayed in some great accommodation, but this is the best we have experienced. Perfectly located with a short walk to everything, the apartment was real quality. Great amenities, good gym, lovely heated pool and very friendly staff. The is easy onsite, free parking and the apartment lacked nothing. So close to shopping, dining and the beach. We will definitely stay there again - highly recommended.

The property was in an excellent location. Walking distance to supermarket, eateries, entertainment and the tram stop. The pool and BBQ area was well maintained and the residents 'lounge room' was an added surprise. The reception staff were efficient and friendly

Excellent property, only drawback is a small pool, which got overrun at times with big groups. This was not an issue for us as did not plan to use it. Would defiantly stay at property again, staff were super friendly and helpful, location is awesome and apartment was quiet with great views.

Great location, 2bdrm 2 bathroom apartment spacious. Perfect for families with older children, or 2 x couples. The rude male resident in Apartment 9 moaning about 2 ladies talking on the balcony after dinner out (not a party) - wont spoil overall stay. . Not nice to be told to shut up out of theblue!

Great place to stay. Close to the beach, light rail, convention centre and plenty of dining options. Staff was friendly. Reception is only open at certain times so make sure to plan ahead if you arrive after hours.

Very smart interior of unit with good ocean views from the 28th floor. Staff very friendly and helpful.
