Absolutely outstanding! Would give more than 5 out of 5 if I could. Incredibly clean, wonderfully well equipped and tons of space made for a fantastic experience for me and my family at the Gold Coast. Perfectly located to be close to the beach and the shops, bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. Fitness centre is small but has just enough equipment for a decent workout. Pool is heated so was perfect for our winter visit!

Good location and accessibility. A little hiccups due to room category but it was sorted out. Understand on high occupancy but could be better.
Overall it was a great stay, staff were friendly and helpful

Awesome apartment with all the amenities and great views. Very close to a range of public transport and restaurants/ mall. The apartment has everything you need, including parking. Make sure to ask for pool towels on your arrival because we didn’t know they provided these until the end of our stay. Only a few things to note, the glass table in our lounge was not secure so just be mindful if you have kids. Also the couch needed a good vacuum as bits of food, dust, etc were down the sides of it. We only could get little bits cleaned up (as pictured) because our room vacuum, the suction wasn’t that great and it was partially broken.

Great location walking distance from the tram station.
Close to everything. The bar and restaurants are 1mins a way.
The only problem on that day with us was we could hear the wind from the lift over the night which annoyed us. We could not change the room.

I have just spent four nights at Qube in a two bedroom ocean facing apartment and loved it. This was a last minute decision and I’m so pleased I went with Qube. Firstly the location is fantastic … right in the heart of Broadbeach with the tram right across the road, a five minute walk to the beach, a 15,min walk to Pacific Fair and plenty of food and shopping choices right on the doorstep. The apartment itself was very clean and very roomy. It had all the necessary equipment to make your own meals if you want. The balcony is very large with good outdoor furniture options, and from the 10th floor … great ocean views. The pool area is lovely … plenty of seating and a great hot tub. There is also a gym, garden and bbq area and a pool table! Arrival was easy and reception staff pleasant. Overall a great place to stay and I will definately return.

Great spot, walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom partial ocean view. Room number 133 /27th floor. Very nicely furnished and lovely view of both ocean and mountains. Very comfortable and clean. Would recommend.

We were very happy with the location and its proximity to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was well appointed and clean. Perfect layout for a family. One young lady on the front counter could do with a customer service course as she was not particularly warm or friendly to deal with. Her expressions on her face made us laugh because she clearly was annoyed with working. We knew if we asked her a question she would fob us off. So we avoided her after our first day and would seek out other employees as they were lovely. Perhaps she would be better suited to a behind the scenes role. As she could really put you off , and from reading previous reviews see this is a common thread.
