Fairfield Inn & Suites Bristol

We went here for the 4th of July weekend (2025), and we were given room 310, a room with two beds, not a suite. The Hotel was very clean, and the staff are professional and just focus on their job and no extra conversation, they were all accommodating to guests needs and courteous. The Hotel is located in between the Hwy, and because of the location there is a lot very close by but you can't get to anything without driving because it is surrounded by the hwy with NO pedestrian walkway and crosswalks, there is nothing that you can safely walk to at all, but you can see from the hotel out of your window across the highway the Pinnacle outdoor mall, which is huge with a lot of stores to both eat and shop. Driving to the downtown area is not far as well. The Hotel has plenty of complimentary parking, and the area feels safe. The hotel amenities are an indoor swimming pool, and a fitness room, and there is some outside patio seating, and there is a small guest laundry room, and a complimentary business center in the lobby. The Bathroom in our room has a tub/shower combo, and although the sink has a nice size countertop but there aren't any shelves or drawers for personal toiletries. The closet in the room is very small, and also the dresser drawer space is very small, and there is No personal Safe in the room. The complimentary breakfast was good and sufficient enough with both hot and cold items. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was quiet, clean and comfortable.

All cable went out during a rain, front seat says it’s normal it should come back on after the rain

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress is old and needs to be replaced. Outdated hotel. Breakfast was lacking
