Historic Downtown Bristol Apartment

We loved the apartment! It was exactly as pictured! It was clean. It was a perfect Bristol location for us! My only note to travelers is it is on a busy street so the front bedrooms can hear the cars and foot traffic from the restaurant below!

Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect. The cafe downstairs was a bonus! The space is open and inviting. The sleeping situation was comfortable. The roof deck was a great place to sit and take on the beautiful surroundings.

For downtown Bristol, this is the place to stay. Berta is a wonderful host. She is always responsive. The kitchen is well stocked and lots of space to visit and sleep.

We stay here every year for our alumni reunion and it continues to be the perfect place! Always clean, an ideal location, and you can’t beat the deck. Berta is very communicative and accessible. Couldn’t recommend this VRBO more!

Perfect location for a wedding across the street at Linden Place. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. The rooms are large with plenty of space to gather and a nice large deck out back, although the deck surrounding is a bit industrial with large fans from the cafe below. That same cafe has a great breakfast and coffee menu, so highly recommend. It can get quite noisy as the location is amid the hustle of the town and next to the Post Office so the sound of mail carriers rolling large mailcarts from the building to their vehicles out back is louder than anyone would expect early in the am. Plan to sleep in eye masks if light bothers you because the lights surrounding the area are bright all night and the plastic mini blinds provide privacy but don’t block the light. Top rating for location, ample space and cleanliness!

Excellent location! The deck is perfect for coffee or cocktails with a view of the water. There is some street noice so put the light sleepers in the back of the apartment, but overall the size and space is ideal for a large group.

We stayed here for graduation weekend and it was the perfect location. We were close to all of the restaurants, shops and Roger Williams University. In the mornings we were able to walk to the coffee shops then sit by the water to take in the scenic views. It was a great weekend!
