Really liked the Delta Bristol! Team on the front desk were charming a lovely welcome. We had a room overlooking the river and park on a high floor so great view. Very newly done room, great Marriott bed and two comfy armchairs. Great shower. We had lounge access and it was a good lounge really nice snacks at happy hour and a good wine selection. Great location next to the mall and all the restaurants it has. Good gym which I had to myself most of the time! Overall a really nice stay.

Too Hot, need my room early.
On a motorcycle ride for the week. Day, one got into the mid 90s, decided to cut the ride a little short. Arrived at the hotel an hour and a half early and was greeted with a big smile and above all was told my room was already available! Excellent deal. Everyone I doubt was here was very polite and helpful.

Mattress was hard and pillows were soft. I prefer them to be opposite of that. Hard mattress hurts my body

this has become our go to hotel to meet family half-way…we’ve stayed here 4x’s in 25 days! it’s a highway hotel, hence near the highway- it’s no secret…don’t understand the complaints of highway noise?…come prepared with earplugs, it’s not the hotel’s fault… i was here when their elevators were out, it’s not their fault…there’s not elevator maintenance on staff with the exact parts to fix instantly- these complaints are silly…give them a chance to be repaired! the hotel is clean, with modern decor, very reasonably priced and has ample parking… as lifetime platinum, i’ve requested and received an upgrade each stay… and finally, the staff…each encounter has been positive, polite and professional…Lisa is a star in my book!- she represents the Marriott brand beautifully!

Expected more from a Delta Marriott. Tiny bathrooms, dirty carpets. Cups for the Keurig come uncovered.

I had stayed here in 2023 and it was a great experience. Sadly I will never return here after my recent stay. Both elevators were down and we had to navigate our luggage cart to the 10th floor through the housekeeping areas, which was not easy. The Fitness room has been made smaller, and the Delta Pantry was a complete disappointment. Hardly anything and the coffee machine was broken and looked like it has been for some time. I requested to be away from the Elevators and the highway but was told they could not accommodate even though the hotel was empty. The road noise was horrible, and the tub filled with water when taking a shower. The toilet seemed to take forever to flush, and there was brown crud around the tub. Seems like an ownership or Management change has happened and not for the better. Corners seemed to be cut everywhere! Never again, I will go elsewhere. Not Marriott standards, Do Better!!
