I chose the hotel knowing its YTL owned..I ve stayed in YTL owned hotel before..like Pangkor Laut, Tombak Bali, Tanjung Jara..so the standared of service and room condition was very satisfactory so was the food..
Hope to stay in your hotel again whenever we are around in your area..thanks..

Excellent location. Was rather noisy at night due to traffic, luckily hotel provided ear buds to counter this problem.

The hotel is beautiful
Service very good
However the tea at jim thomson s is just ok
Breakfast is too simple , nasi lemak is only with bolied egg peanuts ikan bilis plain sambal and cucumber . No fried or rendang chicken or beef
Chicken curry for the roti canai has diced chicken and exactly the size of a dice
Not typical of YTL hotels like Pangkor Laut and Tanjung Jara

It is a lovely hotel in Cameron. The room is very clean and comfortable. They have connected rooms which is very convenient for us. Breakfast is awesome. Just when it’s peak hour you may need to sit in a room that does not have view. Please note they have very limited 2 beds room.
