This is my go to place whenever I'm in Cameron Highlands. Great place to just unwind, relax and recharge. I was given a low-floor room during check-in, and requested to change room to the highest floor, and the staff immediately accommodated my request. Highly appreciate this. Although room furnishings were pretty dated but it was clean, adequate and most importantly, very spacious. Water pressure & hot water was constant. Perhaps management can consider to put fan in the room as it can get stuffy at times.
Things to do - if you're looking for lots of things to do, this is not the place for you. facilities-wise, they have a tennis/pickle ball court, indoor swimming pool, gym, ping pong table, playground for the kids. Most people chose this resort to get some much needed R&R so it's really quiet.
F&B options- they have few in-house restaurants. I was a little hesitant when I read reviews online that the buffet breakfast was mediocre but to my surprise, it was quite good. There's Nasi Lemak, Fried Rice/Noodles, congee, eggs station, pastry/toast, salads & fruits, yogurt, tea coffee.
Overall it's a great stay, except when you get a large group of rowdy tourists who make noise, talk loudly, and smoke at the balcony.
