As soon as you walk in the door you can smell cigarette smoke. The hotel room is very dirty there was food crumbs and hair all over the beds and we found a half drank beer bottle in the fridge

Take my advice, DO NOT STAY HERE. Awful smells, terrible bedding, dirty showers, unclean rooms. When I went to sleep there was what seemed to be a piece of gum stuck between by bottom and top sheet. Just really shady and bad. In major need of renovations and updates.

Love the beds and the pillows were amazing the staff was excellent and anything I asked for they helped. I recommend this hotel. Great with family as well.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. We had to switch rooms 3 times because of how filthy they were and ultimately slept in the car because there were bugs in the bed.

Horrible is a gift. One man was there for 1/2 hour before I TRIED to check in. No body was at the desk, the phone was unanswered, there were guests that had checked in and their keys would not work. I left after 40 minutes of waiting no desk help ever arrived. The place is a dump and needs closed down. I was forced to drive four hours to get home. Customer service could not even reach someone there. I DEMAND a FULL REFUND.

The beds were comfortable but the place smelled like cigarettes all thru the hotel and in our room which was non smoking and the refrigerator was dirty inside.
