Probably the best hotel in the Kent countryside. The crispy pancakes are really well cooked and the atmosphere is family friendly. If you don't expect too much from the facilities, you'll be satisfied. There is also a swimming pool, but I didn't go to it.

This hotel is so damn noisy from the floor above you, you will be awakened the minute they rise. The hotel was full, so they advised me there was no where to move to before I even entered the room. I told the clerk in the am after I got dressed, and he promised a Mgr would contact me Monday. When I heard nothing I called and the Mgr was totally unaware of my complaint. Shady desk clerks or dishonest managers, one or the other. Then the Mgr was unwilling to do anything about the unsatisfactory stay. While the room was clean, and the bed was comfy, the staff and what sounded like concrete cracking above my head left me hating this place. Do not stay here, do not send your relatives nor friends here. Totally waste of money.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the room had a odor of some type of ammonia. The pool area was closed and we were not told a head of time.

My stay was good. Other than not knowing or seeing that there was an additional $100 security deposit to pay when I got to the hotel. I enjoy the fact that I can book without paying upfront. It was clean, staff were nice.

Lies and slander
I was told the pool was open before I booked. I booked it and checked in the pool was not open! I paid too much too much to stay here and be lied to. I was promised a free night.
