Was not able to check into booked room due to overbooking. Sent to another room. No shower Curtain. Tiles missing off the bathroom floor. No toiletries. Window was locked shut. Lights were not working at all in main room. Cream bodily fluid stain across dark red bedspread on one of the twin beds made me and the staff member gag when I complained to them. Room had not been vacuumed. DIY rubble left on the couch. They couldn't move me until the next day to a different room so I was unable to shower and the room was terribly hot and stuffy. Awful start to the holiday. I did receive a prompt response to my online complaint after I returned home and an offer of a free upgrade and 10% refund. Location is great, but some rooms don't have windows and no air con throughout. Generally shabby and needs a good facelift. Doggie Friendly but bring all your own stuff as no bowls, treats or beds provided in the rooms. Staff are friendly and do their best. housekeeping sub standard.

Well... the hotel was meant to be a great cheap night.. but the room wasn't worth the money one bit Mould In bathroom Staff usless Broken walls damaged decor broken bed Windows basically wouldn't open unless forced broken toilet seat Dirty bedding I paid £99.15 for this room and was robbed 😤 I want a part refund or a full refund for my stay but can't get in touch with anyone from the hotel because it costs you to ring them 🙃 I won't be staying here again

Quirky Hotel. I can see it can be hit and miss with rooms. Overall not bad.

Amazing stay for the price. Loved the location near the beach and the lanes market.

Good standard stay altogether and easy check in through the help of the receptionist.

I love the Albion for its quirky character and levels of dysfunction that border on charming.Most of the staff have a real flair for their role in what must at times be a challenging and high pressure environment. Some of the rooms are perfectly adequate but others are riddled with mould, damage and various defunct amenities. Hit and miss but the location is ideal and you can often find a bargain room in an emergency

The location is perfect, the staff was friendly. The room was okay for the price, however the room is freezing cold , its 2 extra radiator in the room but wasn’t working and the cold coming inside from the windows.

The check out is very early at 10 AM !!!

Really convenient for casual stays , however it’s not up to standard , but for a 2 stars hotel and it’s cost , it’s good

Location is great, but I understand why reviews are so mixed. Room was really cold at night. Right next to a nightclub smoking area so super noisy until early in the morning every night. Booked because there was a good price on the day, but I wouldn't stay again.

Such a good clean hotel and the staff are very friendly and the room is big and so tidy and we had a really great experience at this hotel and we would definitely book again next month and good entertainment in the evening we stay for 2 nights the first night was bingo then the second night we had a live band and the food is good too and it’s an easy hotel to get too so thank you for the 2 nights we stayed there

Big nice room with view on sea. Big bathroom and huge bath. But in bathroom was smells very bad and bath was dirty with black marks . But was nice stay there
