Arrived after great difficulty finding the place, as street name was covered by undergrowth and scaffolding covered the building.
I sat in hallway on the stairs from 9.30 until 2am because no Rm NO was sent to me - only a PIN code.
No-one answered the contact mobile phone number.
A dreadful experience, as I was on a break to recuperate from a serious health problem & have a fractured spine.

I have never ever had such a terrible experience...1st the address on the confirmation page was listed as 75 Charlotte dr..the address was actually 17 Charlotte Dr..once we finally found the location we found the front of the building littered with trash and cigarette butts..to access the building you needed a code provided...guess what the entry code did not work..I called the phone number listed on the email with the code...that number didn't connect to anyone from the hotel..the only reason I was able to contact someone about the codes not working is because a nearby shop owner had the number...it seems I was not the only person with these issues..when we finally was able to speak to someone...I was informed for an additional charge to gain entry. As I was speaking to the hotel my boyfriend talked to a couple of guests that were staying..they informed him the inside was dirty..room was dirty and the hot tub they mentioned has not been cleaned for years. I understand why they say no refunds..the place is a dump

First, I booked a room Trip.com, then when I saw the address the hotel doesn’t exist. I was in panicking, because I was on my way to the Hotel.
The end hotel was open and okay.
Later between 1 and 2:30am the fire alarm start and no one slept this time. Remember that we need to do the check out 10am - wake up 9am. When we contact the hotel about the time and every thing, they extended the check out, but 10am there were people at our door to clean the room.
I want to rest to enjoy the day in the beach, but it was really difficult. My experience only one night to rest were turbulent.

Worst experience. Unable to check in at all… stood in an empty entrance for an hour trying to contact hotel. Paid breakage deposit - still awaiting refund 2 weeks later Unable to check in Needed to book a neighbouring hotel so I had somewhere to sleep for the night No-one available to contact via phone - all terrible answerphone services No one answers the phone or the emails I send Been trying to get a refund for the room I was unable to check into due to no staff on site for the last 2 weeks Avoid. This place is a scam

What a weird place. Firstly it was difficult to find as there is no sign on the building, then when we eventually worked it out we entered a dark hallway, painted black, and found a member of staff at a desk in what looked like one of the hotel rooms. We had to pay a £50 damages deposit without prior warning which I did receive back after a couple of days but only by repeatedly sending emails and threatening to contact the booking website. Our room appeared to be clean and was bright (understatement, the light fitting was as bright as the sun), but the window didn't meet the frame and let a horrible draught in, and the bathroom, particularly the shower cubicle, was absolutely tiny. It was nice to have a little fridge in the room with a kettle and tea bags etc, but that's probably the only good part. The hotel itself was noisy because all you could hear was room doors banging constantly above and below us. No idea where the "spa" was supposed to be - possibly in the basement, didn't fancy a trip down there! Upon checkout we searched everywhere for a member of staff (as there is no reception), knocking on doors, ringing the bell, even phoning (no one answers, ever), but as there were 2 random male guests lurking in the black gloomy hallway, apparently also waiting for staff to appear, we started to feel uneasy and just left. Worth the money? No. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. Is it even a hotel, let alone a spa? Who knows. Very odd, i've never seen anywhere else run like it.

Booked a deluxe double room for £127.00 for a night. Arrived to find we had to pay £50 (damage) deposit before we could get in. First time ever! The location didnt have a reception but a door entry system. Which went to a mobile phone with a full mailbox! Stood outside in the cold for 45 minutes. Finally found someone who worked in the spa. They tried to help but would not give contact numbers. Got in to the property and was given the key box number which was on the room door!! Room was cold, damp, small with a bunk bed arrangement. Light was painted over and falling out of the ceiling, Wardrobe was a metal cabinet found in a workshop! Radiator was not working and an electric substitue was in the room but didnt look safe. The power socket which the tele was supposed tobe plugged into was falling out of the wall. There was a fake nail on the bed. The shower room had a smell and although relatively clean had staining in the shower. We finally got a number for one of the hotels other locations in Brighton from a website. The receptionist was friendly. We explained the issue that the room was not as advertised or paid for. They explained that the computor system was to fault!!! No other rooms were available and suggested contacting another hotel in the Brighton area which they sent us the details for. We had to pay a premium rate well above our origonal book for the second hotel. The receptionist for Otto Breeze did refund out £50damage deposit on the day and the staff at the spa were helpful (although not allowed to supply information). We received a refund for the total amount of £127.00 but this was a stressful experience.

Please do not book here, the service is not existent, the room was tiny, we couldn't close the window and the fan didn't work in the bathroom so couldn't use the shower and there was no toilet rol!. The whole hotel was grubby and dusty I dread to think what state the hot tubs would be in. The 24hr concierge was none existent and to top it off they charged me twice for the room and when I did speak to someone they hung up on me because I asked for hotel managers name which was considered personal information. Complete scam avoid at all costs

Do not stay at this hotel, it's disgusting. It's filthy, noisy, small rooms, very small showers, full of bugs. I wouldn't stay there if they paid me. Definitely not worth the money. I'd rather sleep in the car.
