The location of the hotel is good. It is located in the center of the city. It is convenient for eating and shopping. It is not far from the Emperor Pavilion and the seaside. The bus from White Cliff to Brighton stops at the opposite side of the hotel. It is super convenient

Fairly standard Premier Inn experience. Staff were great, breakfast good and the hotel is very well situated in the centre of the city. However, there are some things that could do with attention: hot water issues, scuffs in the paintwork and a wobbly table in the restaurant.

Try to avoid this. The staff are lovely and it is centrally situated but it very badly needs a refurb. Rotting skirting as an example. Hardly any wifi connection . Plus my curtains didnt cut out not cut out the light sufficiently and there was a stain on my duvet. And deep baths not showers ( well a shower over the bath but nit a proper modern shower stall. This place so badly needs a compkete overhaul. It lets diwn the Premier Inn chain by its existence. I booked for 2 nights but inly stayed one night. To its credit staff refunded my secind night and understoid. Twi members of staff that ld me they knew it needed a refurb but nothing was being done . Premier Inn what were you thinking? This one lets you down.

Louise our waitress was really helpful and friendly, always with a big smile, helped us with the parking. Brilliant service, thank you Louise! Definitely coming back. Although parking is a bit of a nightmare but Louise recommended trafalgar car park. Easy parking.

Scruffy, dirty, run down. No hot water. Wi-Fi totally useless - connects, then drops connection in seconds. Crack in the washbasin. Walls in the room all damaged with big dents. Curtains broken and hanging off. Stairwell and lift stank of cigarettes.

Fantastic location, easy access to all the action in central Brighton. It is very tired inside though, and our room wasn’t as clean as you normally get in a Premier Inn. The carpet was dusty, the curtains were mismatched and wouldn’t close properly and the desk lamp had no switch so couldn’t be turned on. We also had an extra oil filled radiator, which we could have used, but it was missing a wheel, so was wonky, and oil appeared to be leaking from it. Staff were friendly and arranged to increase the heat in our room, and to be fair, the hotel has had more than its fair share of wear and tear, being party central (you’ll need to expect a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms if you stay on a Saturday night as we did). So it served a purpose but I definitely wouldn’t recommend for anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing stay, or anyone on business.

Staff are amazing 👏 lovely clean room, room was a nice large room. Lovely breakfast 😋 a good variety , also a big thank you to louise & Debbie on reception for an easy check-in, they made us feel very welcome 😊 at our early check-in, we had a brilliant stay
