Premier Inn Brighton City Centre (North Street)

This hotel is wonderful will a good location at city center. Services are very good and will stay again.

The location was amazing! we were right in the middle of the action and everything was very convenient. check-in was great, the gentlemen at the from that helped us check in Callum was super polite and very helpful. The staff at the breakfast was fantastic, my girlfriend's a vegan and they made her fresh vegan sausages at no extra cost! The room was clean and very nice, although it would be great to have some complimentary things like bottles of water or toothbrush/paste nevertheless it was an amazing stay! also the check out was super easy and hassle-free we just dropped off our room card in a box, super convenient especially if you're on a tight schedule.

We stayed there 9 nights in an accessible room, Our room was not cleaned, nor was the floor vacuumed or the towels changed, on a regular basis. The bed and bath area were inaccessible. The bed was too low and my wife needed assistance to get in and out of it an she injured her leg (requiring medical treatment when she got home) trying to use the very awkward bath tub. The staff in the lobby and dining room were exceptional, especially Louise, very kind and helpful.

The pillows are very good! Thank you. I enjoyed sleeping with peace and quiet. I would recommend this for everyone to come, good food and breakfast as well. So good! Brighton is a nice place to so please come and enjoy. I do not like the seagulls.

Great stay at the heart of city. Polite and courteous staff and helpful. Nice and clean rooms. comfortable stay and good food. sea is just a walking distace from the place and lots of amenities to see. I would definitely recommend and would stay again

Excellent services room was amazing staff very friendly and welcoming will definitely be coming again the room was clean and very big it’s in a nice area the safe are very helpful and the food is 10/10 if you need any help they are more then willing to help you and make sure u have an excellent time will defo come back

When we got here and accident locked ourselves out the room the staff was super very helpful. The staff are all so lovely and the drinks at the bar and the food is exactly what I wanted it to be. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back also amazing service

We had a lovely welcome from reception. Complimentary pastries. Nice hotel atmosphere. Perfect location. Near town. Easy to get to from station. Close to restaurants and shops and town centre. Lovely decor inside and comfortable chairs at bar.
