very nice hotel in a quiet location. Jason provided great support when i was there. super big room with balcony. close to the railway station and there is a Cole supermarket where you can buy anything.

We stayed for 5 nights in January 2025 for a family of 4. I have never been made to feel more welcome than the way Jason greeted us when we arrived ( late) to the property on a Sunday evening. The communication was excellent and Jason escorted us to carpark where he helped us gain entry for my vehicle which had a roof pod on top to ensure we fit ( which we did).Jason then escorted us to our apartement and gave us a personal tour and welcome which was absolutely over and above. The apartment was spacious and so comfortable and we loved staying there. The only minor for me was that the air con was limted to the living room . I would fully recommend anyone staying here- the location is excellent with the trainline into the city 200m up the road and plenty of shopping and eating options within easy walking distance.

Best service ever received- Jason looked after us so well it made our quick trip to Melbourne for a funeral much less stressful. Can’t recommend these apartments enough - great place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We very much appreciated Paul’s very generous offer for us to be reimbursed. After a disappointing stay previously. Due to a loud party above & not getting the room we requested. Management gave us 2 free nights. And we couldn’t have been happier & more pleased with our accommodation. We stayed in an almost brand new unit. Facilities were excellent. Thank you both Paul & Jason for our very warm welcome. And helping the stay so much more pleasant. Ps and the late check out was perfect for us. Thank you very much once again.

Jason and Paul could not do enough to make our 5 month stay at Brighton Bay apartments. The apartment was cleaned very well weekly and was very comfortable. Whatever we needed, was attended to very quickly. The location is great, close to the station, many cafes, restaurants, supermarket and shops as well as the cinema. Thank you Jason and Paul for making our stay so comfortable Kind Regards Evelyn
