This is the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. The facility was spotlessly clean, the room was well laid out, bathroom had wonderful walk in shower, great mirror and sink area. Refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee system. The complimentary breakfast was well prepared and super clean area. The staff was friendly and payed attention to detail. I arrived after 11pm the person on duty notices me drive through a park in the rear. He came to back door and welcomed me to come through and save waking around the whole building. Now that is welcoming and appreciated. The location is close to I76, restaurants, the medical center and shopping. Just can’t say enough about this hotel and the staff that provide real hospitality.

Easy check in no water for IHG member. Room functional and clean. Nothing ready to eat on the go for early departure to airport. Lots of road noise from freeway bring ear plugs. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to toll road and airport.

The facility was spotless. The room was clean and comfortable. To me the only drawback was the shower which was no more than a light mist.....really if you come in dirty, the metered dribble that comes out leaves a lot to be desired. Breakfast was definitely above average. The desk clerk on check-out couldn't have been nicer.
