Staying here for a quick night after a long international flight in before our last flight home to Alaska. The only major issue (which is really dumb on this hotel's part) is that there are TWO hotels with the name "Hampton Inn Seattle Airport". I was calling the one that came up on my google search for a ride when a shuttle with the same name pulled up at the airport. After two brief calls, the 'Hampton Inn Seattle Airport' I called was not where we were staying, but the 'Hampton Inn Seattle Airport' van that was right in front of me was the right one. All three people riding in the shuttle were on their way from the wrong hotel to the right one, and it was only by a stroke of luck we didn't end up int he same basket and didn't waste an hour driving around SeaTac after a 12 hour flight! Why wouldn't one of these hotels change their name to 'SeaTac' or find another hotel flag? Anyway, the one we were at was just across from the Alaska Air Corporate office. The front desk worker who checked us in was super nice, but obviously needed help. There were three people with us waiting to check in and the phone was ringing nonstop and she didn't appear to have any help! The room was perfect - we had coffee making supplies but no coffee maker (not an issue since we arrived at 9 PM and were leaving at 930 AM and got breakfast with coffee in the lobby (who would take one of those cheap-o coffee makers anyway). The breakfast was good - more fruit would have been nice - all we found was a few oranges. Again, the staff person working breakfast was super friendly but needed help. She was constantly walking back and forth refilling milk, food, waffle mix, etc and even though there were a lot of people eating while we were there, it was fairly quiet and clean tables were easy to find thanks to the woman's hard work! The clerk working check out was nice too. she was very apologetic that the coffee maker was missing and was friendly. A good hotel with all the expected amenities - although it needs a name change so people don't get confused!
