Our cabin was next to the entrance, therefore you could hear vehicles passing by at night. You get what you paid for. Central heating in the living room.

unfortunately a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Given the number of issues we encountered, I am requesting a refund for our stay. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the accommodation in a condition that was far below an acceptable standard. Some of the most concerning issues included: • A used wet towel left hanging in the bathroom, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned between guests. • Black hair in the bathroom, further indicating poor hygiene and cleanliness. • Significant mould and grime buildup on the window seals and in the shower area. • The heater did not work properly, making the stay extremely uncomfortable during the colder hours. • The light in the bathroom did not work, which is not only inconvenient but also a safety concern. • Overall, the entire space had not been cleaned properly, making us feel very uneasy about staying there. We chose your park based on expectations of a clean and comfortable stay which the website shows photos that are very misleading and are not of the bright caravan park, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of what is advertised.
