Wir haben eine wirklich schöne Woche im Pradas Resort Brigels verbracht. Die Wohnungen sind schön und gut eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort Wohl. Gut eingerichtete Küche (nur die Waage fehlt), inklusive Delizio-Kaffeemaschine (Einige Kapseln in der Wohnung vorhanden, Nachschub gibts im Volg Brigels). Die Lage ist perfekt für schöne Wanderungen (Tipp: Val Frisal!), und im Dorf hat es einen supertollen Metzger, eine schöne Bäckerei mit Kaffee (und leckerem selbstgemachtem Glace!), eine Molkerei und einen Volg. Das beste: der Brötchenservice am Morgen! Geniale Idee! Wir würden eigentlich gerne wiederkommen, aber wegen den Betten werden wir dies nicht machen. Billige Matratzen auf einem Holzbrett, wo gibts denn sowas? Einfach nur hart und unbequem, zudem quietscht und knarzt das Bett bei jeder Bewegung. Schade wurde hier so gespart! Ein Lattenrost wäre ja wohl das mindeste, sonst kann ich die Matratze gleich auf den Boden legen. Schade! Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn es neue Betten gibt!

Absolute fantastic for families with young kids (up to 10). You get spacious apartment with great mattress, with well equipped kitchen, with dish soap, salt/pepper, dishwasher and its detergent. Ours was also wheelchair friendly which made it especially convenient with a stroller (and a baby).
There was just one catch in our experience: room service wasn't available over the weekend. We spent 4 nights and we realized it on Friday night (weekend spent in a bit messy room). It wasn't mentioned to us during the check-in.
Reception is open only at certain times (not the whole day).
We loved the place and are definitely coming back. And we're getting room service pre-booked at the check-in.

One of the most convenient & Peaceful vacations ever, Fantastic Location and View, very friendly and professional staff, well equipped apartments, spacious rooms, This place is an undiscovered piece of switzerland. The apartments includes anything you will need during the vacation, up to kids games, kitchen is very well equipped, family activities in the resort is great.

We went for our annual ski-holiday and really loved it. Everything we needed was in the vicinity - ski school for kids and the ski lifts. We had a 2 bedroom apartment (3.5 room) and it was spacious, well kitted out and very clean. Friendly staff. The pool and wellness area was really nice. We ordered bread/breakfast delivery from the local bakery which was delicious and on time every time. Busstop right at the resort - very convenient. The Ski school there is highly recommended. We all had courses and were very satisfied. we were there at the end of season and the ski show was awesome. The supermarket in town was well stocked. We walked to nearby restaurants and they were all really good. Langlauf area on your doorstep. We booked our next trip already😜.
