Very disappointed in RCI. The staff at the property was nice. The room is very outdated. It's smelled bad. The bed was like a board. Please don't choose this one.

Do not do business with this resort or with Royal holiday timeshares !!! I had a heart attack and cancelled and they later claimed I was a no show and therefore, I lost my week and my maintenance fees. I spent 3 days in 4 days in ICU and another in hospital reg room. I even sent medical documentation !

The four stars are primarily for the staff and the location. The staff was really great. They gave us beach and parking badges early in the morning before check-in so we could enjoy the beach early. Once our room was ready I received a very sweet voicemail. For check-out we could not stay in the room too long, but they let us keep a key so we could use the premises. That came in handy when using the showers and changing room prior to heading back home. Saved the car from a sand storm. The hotel itself is in dire need of a makeover. The rooms are serviceable but really outdated. The pool area is really in need of a lot of work. But given it’s proximity to the beach and the great beach restaurant attached, we’ll continue going here during the summers.

Friendly staff, helped with late check-in and provided coffee in room when it was inconvenient to go out provided detailed instructions on how to checkin very late. Great location beach was great and great morning walks

We loved it here. Our condo was very updated and clean. The facility was beautiful with amazing landscaping and flowers. I loved the path to the beach as it was only 5 minutes and the smell of flowers was great and saw turtles and cats. The pool is amazing. Perfect temperature. Great location which is quiet but close to everything. Can even walk into town.

Lots of construction going on. Doors to units are flimsy. No security. Scaffolding right outside my balcony made it unusable and unsafe. Drilling and hammering began at 8:30 a.m. every day. Luckily I like Brigantine enough to treat myself to the area restaurants and shops.

If you're not a pool of beach person, you would be happy here. The units are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly. Pool is only opened on the weekends until July, I believe. Long walk down a path to get to the beach, which has eroded so much, there's hardly sand. We love Brigantine and come there every June, especially bc we're from NJ. Much prefer the other timeshare locations bc of their location.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Suite was clean and updated. Pool is very nice and resort is on private beach Close to night life Atlantic City while Island is quiet for families. Great for family and couples get away.

We loved being able to walk to restaurants and bars safely. The staff were very accommodating. The beach front location gave us views of the beautiful sunrises! The walk to the beach was convenient and charming!
