last min stay at this self check in hotel was great, we missed our last train back to lauterbrunnen and this was near the train station. simple and comfy. had everything necessary even including a hearty breakfast. easy to contact the front desk even after weee hours for assistance. food hot shower bed and room was spacious and great.

About 8 minutes walk from Brigg station. I used it the night before to Zermatt. There are many restaurants around, so you don't have to worry about rice. The rooms are simple but clean. Amenities include towels, hand soap, body soap? (unknown without specification), shampoo? (bottles are out of order and do not come out). I thought it would be nice to have a name on the amenities in the bath, but it's clean and I think it's enough to sleep.

The small hotel room is small but very warm. The old lady boss is very enthusiastic. Arrived very early in the morning, I thought there might be no empty room to check in, the old lady said that you should have a cup of coffee in the restaurant first, I will see if there is a ready room, so let the waiter bring us two cups of coffee. She came back before the coffee was finished and said the room was ready, and you could go to the room after you had finished your coffee.

Breakfast eggs are delicious. I helped my family to book a triple room for four people. There were three adults and a five-year-old child at the time of check-in. So I charged an extra 35 Swiss francs for the child’s breakfast (two nights) without an extra bed. The beds are not big. It is necessary to see the latest check-in time of the hotel, because we did not notice that we checked in after ten o'clock in the evening and was educated by the front desk. And said ”This is not in China.” This kind of language makes us feel very uncomfortable. Even if we express our apologies for being late many times.

The location is excellent. It's right in front of Brig Station and there are restaurants nearby, so it's very convenient. I will use it again.

The hotel is outwardly beautiful but the service is strange. Respond to benign, but not correct. About the skiing places, about the thermo answered incorrectly. Can't switch TV to the programs. The staff member replied that she does not look and does not know. Click the different buttons. Try. Strange answer. The tea is not even on request. Only a coffee machine.
