Wir haben für ein Skiwochenende im Wallis hier übernachtet, in einem der neuen Zimmer. Wir waren positiv überrascht vom hohen Standard des Zimmers, alles war sauber und das Familienzimmer war sehr geräumig. Es war nicht hellhörig. Das Frühstück war ok, der Frühstücksraum eher ungemütlich. Toll ist es, dass zum Hotel noch eine Bowlingbahn und diverse andere Freizeitangebote gehören.

Stay of 2 nights from 08/23/23 to 03/25/23, So yes the hotel is in an industrial area, it's true it's confusing when you arrive but hey, afterwards, it's very cheap for Switzerland and it's quiet so... The welcome is great, it's true, the receptionist speaks French. There is a wide range of activities (mostly paid), which remains rare in a hotel. The simple ones are simple, a little worn by time but hey there is air conditioning, a TV, a bed, a shower, a toilet and a sink... Again for 70 francs/night in a single room, who can find better in Switzerland? In conclusion: very very good value for money for me

The staff is very friendly and tries hard. Unfortunately, the stay was an ordeal. A group of young people were staying in the hotel, they were very loud and showed no consideration. Despite complaints, the hotel did nothing. The noise lasted until the early hours of the morning. When I complained personally to the perpetrators, there was no success, just insults. From 6.15 a.m. the cleaning staff were vacuuming right in front of the room door. There was no chance of staying in bed any longer. The rooms are a bit old, but clean and functional. Breakfast was unfortunately disappointing. Packaged cheese portions, a little ham and salami, a few cereals... Rather below average for Switzerland, but OK. The restaurant is good and offers consistently good quality at reasonable prices and can definitely be recommended. The hotel is not suitable for people who want a bit of peace and quiet. Thanks to the very friendly staff and good restaurant, it gets two points. The hotel alone would get a maximum of one point

Wir haben hier eine Nacht zwischen zwei Skitagen in der Aletsch Arena verbracht. Das Familien-Zimmer war für uns fünf ausreichend groß, das Bad sehr sauber und absolut in Ordnung. Das junge Personal war immer sehr freundlich - genau wie auch die Bedienung in der hauseigenen Pizzeria. Die Pizza war sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist einem Sport- und Freizeitzentrum mit Bowling, Badminton und Wellness angegliedert, liegt allerdings auch in einer Art Industrie- oder Gewerbegebiet am Rande von Brig. Für uns war allerdings auch die Zentrumsnähe nicht entscheidend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - ein bisschen mehr Vielfalt in der Auswahl hätte uns aber auch gefreut. Der Preis war zwar relativ hoch, aber für die (Hoch-)Saison in der Wintersportregion Oberwallis korrekt.

Das Essen war allgemein (ausser Pizza) nicht zu empfehlen. Spaghetti Carbonara hausgemacht war nicht speziell, Poké Bowl war nicht gut. Wir haben zuvor die Online Speisekarte angeschaut und die Kinder schon entschieden, was sie wollen. Leider ist diese Karte nicht aktuell und das Ausgewählte gab es nicht. Fanden die Kinder garnicht toll...
