Quirky penthouse apartment.... loved it, especially the free standing bath in the bedroom. Everything you need for a couples break with a sea view. It's in a superb location with a 10 minute walk to Bridlington Spa or the railway station and a 2 minute walk to the sea front. The codes to get in and for the lock box were easy to use, ditto the lift. In the reception area there are DvDs ...games, stuff for children, an umbrella, loads of coffee pods, sweets, snack and water... all complimentary! The apartment was clean and had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay...

I unfortunately will not be staying here again anytime soon! bed sheets with stains on them, room smelt of damp with cobwebs all over the room. Really not worth the money, the manager Thomas is rude, non approachable and lacks interpersonal skills to say the least!

Highly recommend here lovely apartment complimentary snacks, water coffee to go, games for the kids , DVDs to watch couldn't fault here, everything you need for a self catering apartment. Beautiful view of flamborough too. Close to the sea front, owners are fully contactable too, only thing that was a concern is fire extinguishers don't have up to date checks documented

Disappointing and run down
Very run down although the owner said they are renovating , ceiling a mess in the bathroom where they had s leak toilet was stained and dirty .the crescent in general was dilapidated, although the town was fine and local restaurants very good .Nice touch with the complimentary snacks.

Three star accommodation
The owner was very helpful and nice. Comfortable beds. Clean but very worn. Free water, drink and chocolate. Free parking. Good Wi-Fi. Elevator. The area was very rough and on the first day two police cars came to get someone in the house next door.
Breakfast at a cafe nearby. On the first day they had not opened at the appointed time, because they lacked staff. An awful lot of seagulls screaming and pooping down the car.
The area was probably very nice 100 years ago. Now it's run down and shabby but there is potential.

Lovely welcome in a very comfortable apartment. Complimentary water and snacks was a lovely touch. Will definitely be back.

Location, comfy bed,excellent facilities in our room,room heated well,great self catering equipment. The lift is good to get to all floors. We stopped in the penthouse could not fault the place ,will definitely stay again 👍😁😁😁😁😁😁
