On arrival our expectation were high, hotel right on the seafront, carparking ample, we were excited. However, took the lift to the 4th floor. Entered the long corridor, and a dirty smell hit us, best described as a dirty hoover bag smell. Swiftly moving on, entered the room which smelt the same. Instictively, you go to open a window, however windows are closed shut permanently. We asked reception for a fan, which was given. This made no difference. Being asthmatic, whilst in the room/corridor it was extermely difficult, my breathing worsened and I became ill, and our 2night stay should have been cut short. Breakfast, poor no staff. Evening meal 45min wait, due to lack of staff not customers. We will not be visiting this Premier or any other Premier Inn again. The cost of a 2-night stay £358.96. I did emailed the hotel and the Head Office with no reply. In my opinion, all carpeted areas need cleaning. Disappointed to say the least.

The Premier Inn was your usual standard of cleanliness. The restaurant attached used for breakfast and offered for evening meals was disgraceful. We had a 1.5hr wait for our evening meal which we weren't informed of when we arrived for our booking. The staff were very rude and handled the situation of being short staffed very badly when customers were becoming frustrated . The cleanliness of the tables and chairs were poor. The toilet facilities offered were disgraceful. I've seen service station toilets in better condition, and the toilets were in a very poor condition when we arrived and continued to deteriorate for the 24hrs we stayed, as they were never cleaned. Luckily as we were staying there we could use the toilet in our room. The outside of the pub needs an overhaul, it doesn't look very appealing. Unless the restaurant has a huge overhaul, we won't be visiting again.

I stayed 1 night at the Hotel with work. My room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable. There was space to work and the bathroom had been refurbished. Parking is available for a small charge on site. Dinner options aren’t great - go out and eat chips 😁 Breakfast choices were good.

we had a premier room and it was excellent. Our parking at the hotel can be a bit of an issue during busy times, and although it says that you get reduced parking being a guest, you don’t. Anybody can park in the car park for the same price for 24 hours. We had a good night sleep but in the morning we had breakfast which was awful. Poor Service, lack of availability of hot food, cold plates and generally poor service.

We are avid bird watchers and we booked The Premier Inn in Bridlington early and specifically to be near Bempton Cliffs during the nesting season. Unfortunately, my wife got called for jury service but she was told the trial would be completed before our booking date, so our trip would be unaffected. However, the trial has now started and she has been advised it may take up to six weeks to conclude. We contacted The Premier Inn at Bridlington and explained the problem. The receptionist was very helpful but she could not organise a cancellation and refund, offering instead for us to choose an alternative date. I explained that the nesting season is for a limited period and it’s impractical for us to re-schedule for this time next year. Unfortunately Premier Inn do not allow for cancellations due to jury service commitments and surprisingly perhaps, there is no way of reclaiming the cost from the court either. I doubt that Premier Inn are the only hotel chain that operates such a stringent policy but one might think that given the circumstances involving a public duty, allowances could and should be made.

Beware £15 check-in, arrived for 11am to be told rooms not ready. And the early check-in time is 11 to 2-30. Like anyone would pay £15 to get into room 30 minutes early than normal. Not best premier inns stayed in , bit shabby to say it’s only 7 years old. Breakfast area poor, eggs like rubber. Seats dirty. Tables sticky. Would not stay again

Clean room with good shower room but absolutely no drawers or shelving. Very small hanging area. Only suitable for one or two days. Breakfast rubbish. Evening meal OK.............................. .. ........ .....................
