Stayed here for 1 night just to finish off our few days away on the east coast. Love Premier inn, the beds are so comfy and the rooms are cosy too. Stayed at a few Premier inn's but first time at Bridlington and will definitely stay here again. Check in was quick and easy, really friendly staff too. Didn't want to come home.

Excellent modern Premier Inn with spacious comfortable rooms, great beds, great shower and good, large pub attached which is very convenient for evening drinks. The location is great, right on the sea front and close to all Town Centre facilities, cafes, shops, restaurants, arcades, leisure centre.

Sam on reception saves this place, efficiently helpful and friendly. Sadly my Room 321 was the worst Premier Plus yet! Small room not up to usual Plus room experience, and there was no 'Plus' about it. Catalogue of defects - ensuite stank of male cat and needs deep cleaning, kettle blew the fuses and had to be replaced. Air con never managed to warm the room up, so I had to wear my coat. Worst was being woken up at 1 am with loud door slamming several floors below, courtesy of the night staff! This continued right through to 3. 30 am when I phoned to complain. They said the doors slam - hey, not if you wait and gently hold to close, you've got all night. Ignorance or laziness? And it went on hourly as they moved about the building.

We had an excellent stay and Sam on reception was the most friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely person ever! We stayed here every week all the way through summer. I would strongly recommend coming here for a comfy and relaxing stay with great service, Sam you’re a star! Circus Rich

We have been to this hotel previously so we thought we knew what to expect The rooms were to the normal good standard although some fresh milk in the fridge would be nice. Then came the shock! The restaurant (which is a large part of our holiday) was not as good as before, we all have mobility issues so not having table ordering service was a big inconvenience and there seemed to be a lack of staff but Charlie did a fantastic job holding things together. I have read in the press that Premiere Inn intend to sell off some restaurants which will cause us to re think if this establishment is right for us and now having to pay for parking at £7/day adds another expense to the holiday along with the code not working for the ultimate wi-fi we were not as satisfied as we have previously been and will think long and hard about returning.

Whitbread needs to understand that the dependability of the in-house catering is integral to the viability of this hotel as a leisure destination. The dining room was full of people complaining about slow service due to short staffing. It is widely understood that a buyer is sought for the restaurant side, so that staff have left in search of job security. Bridlington isn’t well endowed with decent alternative places to eat in the evenings. It took us over 90 minutes to receive a 2-course dinner. We queued to be seated on arrival at our pre-booked time. We queued again at the bar to place our order for food and drinks. Had to go back to table to discuss alternative choices as steaks unavailable because there was no chef with the required skills. Mains took 40 minutes from ordering. Whitbread need to think again about their strategy of prioritising rooms over restaurants. A decent bed and decent food at a decent price is what our loyalty to the brand is built upon. Indifference to the food side will fatally undermine that loyalty

The fan didn’t work in the bathroom leaving the room feeling damp. Breakfast experience was the worst we’ve ever had at a premier inn. No ‘good morning’ no decaf tea (in rooms or restaurant) no hash browns. Table cleared before we’d finished our limitless buffet, really rude staff with no apologies. Couldn’t get out fast enough and got a refund for that and the following days breakfast.
