South Lodge Guest House

As the title says, this is simply the best B&B you will ever visit. This is our 4th stay with Steve and Tony and unfortunately it’s been a while since our last visit. However, the welcome we received was like we’d never been away. The level of comfort and warmth is as special as ever and the high standards they set are still as evident in every single thing they do. The attention to detail is amazing, from the home made cookies and top class toiletries in the rooms to the stunning breakfast, nothing is left to chance. (You will not find a better English Breakfast anywhere) Needless to say, my wife and I had a lovely weekend and we will be back later in the year…. But we’ll make sure the guys have vacancies as I won’t stay anywhere else. Top Class !

Couldn't fault the guest house, we were made very welcome and the room as everything you would need dressing gowns, slippers, Iron, hairdryer, TV, kettle and even home made lovely biscuits 😁. Comfy bed and en suite, only one thing is there is a long mirror unfortunately my husband is 6ft 5" and couldn't see himself if it could just be lifted a little higher 🤣. Breakfast so much choice and freshly made 10/10👍. Thanks Steve & Tony love from Tina & Steve x

Lovely clean and comfortable guest house, close to the South Beach and Spa. Steve and Tony the owners do their utmost to make you feel welcome and valued guests. The breakfasts are cooked to order and are excellent. You won’t find a better more welcoming place to stay at the prices they charge.

Steve and Tony gave us a warm welcome, and a homely feeling in a lovely room, that had averything and more. Very clean, comfy bed, enough space. And breakfast was perfect and we were treated on some good, stories filled with humor, about the house's history and the work that was done. And Steve: tnx for the home baked cookies that were delightful. A place to remember!

We stayed just the one night, Enjoyed our stay. The place was nice clean the beds real comfy, we had a lovely cooked breakfast, we could also have yogurt, cereals, toast , there was a tea coffee tray in the room. Hosts made us feel very welcome. We will definitely stay again. Great location for Bridlington spa . Highly recommend for anyone wanting a place to stay in Bridlington.
