This is an older motel on a main road in town. The parking lot looks like a giant ashtray- inches of cigarette butts accumulated along the entire curb. The room was clean enough & the bed was comfortable. There are sliding glass doors that open directly onto the parking lot. Though there was an extra lock on the door, this is a potential security concern. There was a power outage that evening that lasted for several hours. There was emergency lighting in the hallway but the one near our room did not come on. The bathtub/shower combo was extremely slippery so I had to put a towel on the tub floor to prevent falling. To summarize, this motel & property is in need of indoor & outdoor maintenance.

Really nice bed and pillows . Staff were very friendly. Lodge could use some upgrades. The patio outside door didn't lock and the inside patio door seemed like a homemade solution. The free continental breakfast was nice. The convenience of being able to drive up to the room was nice.

I will never go back. The BridgewaterWyndham Inn is not wheelchair accessible. I couldn’t close the bathroom door in my wheelchair. I asked ahead of time and they ignored the request. My travelling companion said the hotel was 2 star, a trucker’s motel. The desk clerk was extremely rude. She said I’d have to pay for our rooms again until I proved they were charged to my credit card. Once she saw my name, the clerk began to call out my cousin, her school principal, for being sexist and always smelling of alcohol. When I asked her to say positive things, she doubled and tripled down on her slander. Never happened before. Can’t believe it in Bridgewater which is known for Down East friendly people. I would never go back.

We had a great stay ( July 3rd and checked out on July 5th). We stayed here for three days in 2018 as well. Lily at the front counter was awesome, as well as the other ladies. They were very friendly, polite, and professional. The room was clean and spacious, even with all the dampness outside. We would definitely recommend this motel for anyone that is looking somewhere to stay close to Lunenburg. Cheers Harvey & Shirley Lohnes Winnipeg MB.

Chambre confortable avec deux grands lits. Bonne insonorisation nous n’avons rien entendu des autres chambres. Petit déjeuner convenable et possibilité de le manger dans la chambre. Un seul hic, la chambre n’était pas disponible quand nous sommes arrivé vers 16h30.
