I have to say that I have had a very pleasant time staying at the hotel. The staff is really understanding, as long as you communicate. They also have pretty decent prices with plenty of rooms to choose from. They are conveniently near restaurants and shopping centers.

They have the best customer service they are very polite and respectful they provide everything you need and knows how to interact with kids very well they handle every problems immediately and make sure you are happy in the end

The dirtiest hotel I've ever been to, since I'm a travel nurse I see a lot of hotels. Took a white towel to the floor after I mopped it and it was so dirty that it turned the towel black. That's months and months of built up filth. When I told/showed the assistant manager, she said "that happens all the time, the house keeper is old so she gets tired". There was other matters that she addressed poorly as well, very rude even verbally threatening. When she drove off I was walking towards my car and she came awfully close to hitting me. You can't have any negative conversations with ppl like her because they retaliate and the title of assistant manager, made a bit of power go to "Jordans" head. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst. Have pics of the dirty towel and of the hallway, that had a large amount of dog hair, and eat not cleaned even once in the weeks. Was supposed to start the months. No way!

I am 8 1/2 months pregnant & I spent 1 week at this location with my 4 kids. when I arrived the staff was friendly and very personable the General manager was awesome . However I found a cock roach in the bathroom towel, I decided to extend my stay for another week, the housekeeping staff (Black slender male.) knocked on my door being rude and saying I needed to get the trash bag out of the hallway. I responded that Nobody cleaned my room the entire time, he kept knocking and I ignored him. I then had a few heated words with my Ex who came to get my daughter, the manager came knocked and started to get loud and argue with my guest & told him who was not staying in room, that I need to check out While I was putting him out, the new manager called the police and put me out my room without even trying to reconcile or even get my story on what happened. When I asked about my refund she said out loud that someone else paid for the room as if that mattered not to mention That was confidential information. While encountering the police the man who came to my room the 1st time came down to attempt to argue with me that I cursed him out. Which was not true at all. They gave me until a certain time to get my things, so as I gathered my things while having the cart outside my room to move it to my car the staff came and took the cart making it almost impossible to have the my things out in time. I’ve never been treated so badly. I think customer service training is necessary for the new staff because It is not ok to treat someone this way. Not to mention the rest of my stay has been enjoyable with the other staff. If you can help it go to another location
