Stopped here for a night. Check in was easy and the room was as expected from Hampton; it was clean and comfortable. Had a good night's sleep and their rate was really good for a Hampton Inn on a weekend.

softest bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel…..as soon as you walk in you can smell how clean the room was. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. We had a great stay!! See you next time.

The mattress was not comfortable. I felt like it was too hard. During our second night, there were children running up and down the hallway screaming and banging on the walls until approx 3:30 am. Other thsn that, everything was good.

The room we stayed in had water coming out of one of the lights in the bathroom. Come to find out the room on the floor above us had flooded. Got all over our stuff. Wouldn’t move us and said the water in the light was fine. Not only that but the pool was so gross. Looked like no one had kept up with it. Water was a green color had a bad odor to it. No one ever came in the room to clean the trash or give us fresh towels or anything. The staff seemed to love us. They would follow us around from the car to our rooms and every time we would go out the door and walk towards the elevator which seemed to be going out we would somehow meet an employee staff and wouldn’t you know, they were also going to the same place as we were. Even if it was to outside to get some fresh air. As we would be done and going back in it was so nice for one of the staff to be inside the hotel waiting for us to come in to escort us to our rooms.
