Location, cleanliness, service -- all okay. The facility is OLD and needs updating. Breakfast was good. Room had small TV, no microwave, no fridge, old-timer 30 sec flush commode that might be okay if you are 4 feet tall. Unsatisfactory for big man and woman.

The room had one of the most comfortable beds ever for this brand of hotel. Traveling looking for a hotel not so busy as I passed the Morgantown area I found this place and used my points. The price was reasonable and the hotel was very comfortable. Overall the breakfast was also good. I enjoyed this stay and recommend it for families.

We stayed here for two nights. Very clean rooms. The employees always greeted us with smiles and welcomes. The breakfast was delicious. Karri made cookies in the afternoon and was so nice. We have stayed here a few times and have always had a good experience.

I had a disgusting and rusty shower drain so bad we wouldn’t step foot in it. I complained to the desk and they said sorry we have no more rooms available. They also said this room was supposed to be out of order but it was mistakenly used and again just said sorry but nothing they could do. It’s unsafe and unhealthy. I couldn’t let my kids use the shower.

Trying to make a reservation for a stop over. Charging $330 per night for a 3-Star or less hotel in the middle of West Virginia is absurd. The advertise a super low price until you change the date, then it skyrockets. Mind you, there are NO attractions or economic high costs of living in the area. Pure greed.

When we got there had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up. I reserved 2 beds and asked for top floor away from traffic noise. Was given the 2nd story with 1 bed so back down to the desk. Was given top floor with 2 beds where all the traffic noise was from the gas station right out our window. Was changed for a pet room but we don’t own a pet. It was taken care of but I don’t believe our reservation was ever looked at since everything was ignored on it. Once we finally got settled we wanted to relax watching tv, not many channels to choose from.

WE ARRIVED AT NIGHT AND THE LOBBY/DINING ROOM LOOKED VERY UNINVITING. THEY HAVE COOL BRIGHT LIGHTS INSTEAD IF WELCOMING WARM LIGHTS. WE ASKED TO SEE OUR ROOM AND THE DESK CLERK WAS VERY NICE AND SHOWED US TO OUR ROOM. THE ROOM HAD A STRONG SMELL OF CLEANING CHEMICAL AND WE COULD NOT ACCEPT IT. THE CLERK CALLED HER SUPERIOR FOR ADVICE AND SHOWED US 2 MORE ROOMS.....THE THIRD WAS A CHARM....NO SMELL AND THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE. WE WERE HAPPY THE POOL ROOM AIR AND WATER WERE RANCID SMELLING AND THE WATER WAS DARK DON'T STAY IF YOU WANT A POOL. THE NEXT MORNING WE CAME DOWN FOR BREAKFAST AND THE ROOM WAS BRIGHT AND SUNNY. THEY PROVIDED A GREAT BREAKFAST ! THE STAFF COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER VERY WELCOMING

Everything was wonderful and clean loved the new updates. Rooms were cleaned and updated. Check in and out easy. Felt welcomed. Breakfast was wonderful lots of choses. Closed to 1-79. Pool was nice and clean and warm. loved the fitness center.

I used contactless check-in with the Hilton app. When I arrived I was disappointed to find that my contactless check-in was not recognized. I had to check-in at the front desk. This totally defeats the purpose of contactless check-in. This needs to be corrected! Also do not trust the hotel photos on the Hampton website or Tripadvisor, they do not have a recumbent bike in the fitness center (they only have a Peloton).
