Silver Maple Inn and the Cain House Country Suites
4.1/573 Reviews
We have stayed here the last 2 weekends. Love this place. Bridgeport is a cute little town and a great place to stay the night and get out and see the beautiful lakes and rivers. Silver Maple is a gem! Beautiful immaculate grounds and our “dog room” is just spotless. There is outside seating on the huge lawn area..... very peaceful. Roxanne in the office is awesome. Makes sure you are happy and have what you need. Look forward to more stays here!
Walker River Lodge
4.2/5100 Reviews
We had a very pleasant stay in the Walker River Lodge for an extended weekend. Our room was spacious, including a fridge and space to sit and have coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed the nice view from our porch to the grassy area/river which is easy accessible through a back door. There are also picnic tables available, great for families. Our daughter forgot her earrings and the manager was so kind to mail them to us. Very friendly and clean.
Ruby Inn Bridgeport

What a jewel! From the first rate check in with Kate, to the hospitality of the owners Steve and Mary, this modest motel offers all of the comforts of a large inn at a quality price. Rooms were clean and extremely comfortable, cleanliness a 5 out of 5, including a well running fridge and microwave. You can see the little attentions to detail all around the property. Neat, clean, and welcoming. Even the hardworking housekeeping staff were professional and extremely personable. I've spent the last four years at an establishment down the street with numerous disappointments and a less than friendly staff. This place is the epitome of small town charm and first rate service! Many thanks to all of you!
Redwood Motel
3.9/5100 Reviews
It's a modern, old-fashioned motel. It has that rustic look and feel but is well appointed with free Wi-Fi, lamps with USB ports, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and blow dryer. Situated at the north end of town, it is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with walk through screens so you can leave the door open and enjoy the mountain air, and chairs outside the door so you can chill outside if you like. There is a small area with tables in a gazebo and in the open where you can eat or just chill. The room we had (#17) only had a shower, which was fine for us. The bathroom was tiny and cramped but suited our needs. The A/C unit is an older, wall mount type and made the old, single pane window rattle, but it worked well. There are plenty of AC outlets and a power ***** on the table. The queen bed was very comfortable. At $122 total, it's a bit pricey, but everything in this area is pricey. Even so, I recommend it.
