Had a lovely stay st pencoed lodge , the rooms we very clean and comfortable, the staff working that day becks and Rachel we very professional and accommodating , will definitely stay again. Stayed 2 years ago what a difference under the current manager natasha.

This hotel is in a nice location 5 mins from junction 35 M4. No noise in area and an adjacent Harvester for meals and breakfast. The room was very nice with a comfy bed and well laid out bathroom. It was very warm the day we stopped and the room wasn’t air conditioned so the heat overnight was very uncomfortable. There was a fan in the room but it didn’t do much to cool the room. A shame as if not for the heat would have scored higher. Should have slept in the corridor as that was air conditioned. For this reason would not stop here again

I stayed at the Travelodge Pencoed with my daughter in Room 4 and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly cool even with the warm weather. What really stood out, though, was the lovely staff, especially Natasha, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to assist with anything we needed. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return!

Very hot room despite two fans and unable to open window wide due to rats outside bedroom window. Poor WIFI and phone signal.

Clean quite and well equipped room. Plenty of towels and tea and coffee. Car parking straight outside all staff where friendly. And a harvester right next door

We stayed overnight at Travelodge Pencoed on our way to Tenby in South Wales. The Hotel is ideally situated a short distance from the M4 & has ample & spacious car parking. The Hotel, its rooms are spotless & we enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep before continuing our journey the following morning. There is a Harvester Pub very close.
